Landscape architects · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp for site photographs, drawings and replies, with consent and a record.

WhatsApp marketing for a garden design practice means using the app your clients already open to send site photographs, answer questions and keep a brief moving, with the owner's permission. GullySales works on a business profile, saved replies and a record that survives when a team member leaves.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For landscape architects

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Clients send site photographs on WhatsApp”

A homeowner shares a picture of bare soil and a plot sketch. If those images live in one person's phone, the next team member starts blind. Photographs should be attached to the brief in the record.

  • “Drawings and quotes travel by chat”

A planting plan sent as a message gets lost under later chats. A tidy habit of naming each file and logging what was sent keeps the client and your team looking at the same version.

  • “Broadcast lists need consent”

Sending the planting-season message to everyone in your phone annoys people who never agreed. Keep a list of contacts who said yes, and check the platform's current rules before sending bulk messages.

  • “Architects use it for quick referrals”

An architect often passes a client's number in a chat. A fast reply with a short introduction and a project link turns that message into a call, and a slow one loses it to another name.

What we do

What we deliver for landscape architects.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. WhatsApp Business profile

Business name, description, hours, catalogue of services and a link to project pages.

Result: A client who saves your number sees what the practice does.

  2. Saved replies

Written answers for the common first questions: site visit, area covered, what design includes and what upkeep costs depend on.

Result: Replies are consistent whoever answers.

  3. Photograph and file routine

A rule for naming client photographs and drawings and filing them against the brief.

Result: Anyone on the team can open the site's pictures.

  4. Consent list

A record of contacts who agreed to receive seasonal messages, with the date and the wording they agreed to.

Result: Messages go only to people who said yes.

  5. Message-to-record link

Every serious chat logged in the CRM with the next step and date.

Result: A chat becomes a brief with an owner and a date.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we use a personal number?
A business number keeps client chats with the practice and not with one person's phone. GullySales recommends it so that a team change does not cut your contact history.
Is bulk messaging allowed?
Platform rules change, so check the current rules before sending. Message only people who agreed, and give a simple way to stop receiving them.
Should project photographs be sent unasked?
Send them when a client has asked about a similar site or after they agree. Unrequested images read as advertising, while a relevant project sent in answer to a question reads as help.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
