Plotted development companies · Local SEO

Make your sales office and layout easy to find on Google Maps.

Local SEO for a plotted development company means a Google Business Profile for the sales office and the layout site, with consistent details and honest photographs. GullySales works on the profile, the directions and the reviews you have earned.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Plotted development companies: show a real physical business scene illustrating Layout and plot inventory. List every venture, phase and plot with plot number, dimensions, area, facing, corner or road-facing status and rate. Each plot reads as available, held or booked, and a hold can carry an expiry.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For plotted development companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer opens a map before driving out”

A family planning a Sunday visit checks the route on a map. If the layout pin sits on the wrong road or the profile has no directions, the drive starts with confusion and some buyers turn back.

  • “The sales office and the layout are two different places”

Some companies keep a city office and a site office. One profile for both sends visitors to the wrong one. Each place that receives visitors needs its own listing with its own address and hours.

  • “Photographs on the profile decide trust”

The buyer scrolls through pictures of the entrance, roads and boundary stones. Brochure renders on a map listing look like marketing; dated site photographs look like land.

  • “Reviews from plot buyers are slow to arrive and easy to mishandle”

Buyers seldom post unprompted. Asking is allowed; offering gifts or payment for a review is not, and real estate reviews carry the rules of the platform and your council. Check the platform's current rules.

What we do

What we deliver for plotted development companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business profile setup

Separate listings for the sales office and the layout site, with correct categories, hours, phone and a pin placed on the site entrance.

Result: A search for the layout name shows a pin that matches the entrance.

  2. Directions and landmark text

Plain-word directions from the main road and a nearby landmark, written for a driver who has never been there.

Result: A first-time visitor reaches the gate without calling for help.

  3. Site photograph set

Dated photographs of the entrance, internal roads, drains and boundary stones added to the profile.

Result: Every photograph on the profile was taken on your land.

  4. Review request routine

A polite request sent to buyers after registration, with no reward attached and no pressure on the answer.

Result: You hold a record of whom you asked and what they posted.

  5. Listing consistency check

The same name, address and phone across the profile, website and directories.

Result: A search shows one set of details wherever your layout appears.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these plotted development companies.

  • Authority-approved residential layouts on city outskirts

  • Commercial and industrial plots near highways
  • Plots sold with a construction option on the same land
  • Companies selling plots in tier-two towns to families living abroad

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a profile if the layout is not open to walk-ins?
If visitors come to the office or the site, yes. If visits are by appointment only, say so on the profile and give the booking route, so nobody arrives at a locked gate.
Can we reply to a negative review?
Yes, and you should reply in plain words that deal with the facts. Do not argue and do not post private buyer details. Check your own adviser for how to treat any complaint about an approval.
Can the sales executive's phone number be on the profile?
Use the number of the office or a company phone that stays with the role. A number that belongs to one person goes with them when they leave.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
