Plotted development companies · Social media

Post what is built on the ground, dated and plain, for buyers saving for land.

Social media marketing for a plotted development company means showing the layout as it stands, with posts that a land buyer and a buyer's family can verify. GullySales plans the posts, the video walks and the replies, and keeps them to work done.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Plotted development companies: show a real physical business scene illustrating Layout and plot inventory. List every venture, phase and plot with plot number, dimensions, area, facing, corner or road-facing status and rate. Each plot reads as available, held or booked, and a hold can carry an expiry.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For plotted development companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A buyer judges the land by what is visible”

Posts of laid roads, drains and street lights with dates give a buyer evidence. Posts of artists' impressions give a mood. Buyers of land have been shown moods before and now look for evidence.

  • “A plot map post needs a status that matches the list”

A post showing available plots that went out a month ago brings calls for sold numbers. Each map post needs a date and a single person who confirms the status before it goes out.

  • “Families decide together, so the post has to travel”

A plot buyer sends the video to a spouse, parents or an uncle who knows land. A short walk through the layout with a voice naming the road and the approval is easy to forward. A decorated poster is not.

  • “Investor buyers and house builders follow different accounts”

One wants to hold land and asks about boundary care. The other wants to build in a few years and asks about roads and power. One feed that speaks to both says little to either.

What we do

What we deliver for plotted development companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Layout walk videos

Short phone-shot videos along the internal roads, naming the plots passed and the approvals held.

Result: A viewer can match each video to a plot number on the map.

  2. Dated progress posts

Photographs of roads, drains, fencing and street lights with the date and the plot numbers they serve.

Result: Every photograph carries a date and a location.

  3. Plot map posts

A map with status marked, posted only when the list has been confirmed that day.

Result: The post matches the sales list on the day it goes out.

  4. Buyer question posts

Answers to questions buyers ask, such as how to check a title or what conversion means, written plainly.

Result: Each post answers one question a sales caller has been asked.

  5. Comment and message handling

A short guide for replying to comments, moving price and plot questions to a call, and flagging complaints.

Result: No comment sits unanswered without a named person to reply.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

  • Companies selling plots in tier-two towns to families living abroad

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform matters most?
Start where your buyers already are, such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube for land. Check your own enquiry record to see where they came from, and weight effort that way.
Can we post buyer photographs at registration?
Only with the buyer's written consent, and think about whether a testimonial is advisable in a regulated sale. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so ask your adviser before using buyer stories.
Should the posts show prices?
Show a price range or a rate per square foot if you are happy to be held to it. A post that hides price brings calls from people who then leave when they hear it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
