Plotted development companies · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp to send plot maps, approvals and visit details to buyers who asked.

WhatsApp marketing for a plotted development company means sending the plot map, the approvals folder and visit details to people who asked for them, and keeping the conversation on record. GullySales sets up the business number, the saved replies and the broadcast rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Plotted development companies: show a real physical business scene illustrating Layout and plot inventory. List every venture, phase and plot with plot number, dimensions, area, facing, corner or road-facing status and rate. Each plot reads as available, held or booked, and a hold can carry an expiry.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For plotted development companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Plot buyers expect the map in a message”

The first thing a buyer asks for is the layout map and the price sheet. Sent as a file on WhatsApp within the conversation, it gets forwarded to the family. Sent by email, it sits unread in a crowded inbox.

  • “A personal number leaves with the executive”

When a sales executive uses a personal phone, the history leaves with them. A company number on the WhatsApp Business app or API, with the conversations assigned, keeps the thread with the company.

  • “Broadcasts to a bought list damage the number”

Sending to people who never asked brings blocks and complaints, and risks the number. Messages should go to people who enquired, visited or bought, with a clear way to say stop. Check the platform's current rules.

  • “Plot availability changes while a PDF stays the same”

A map file sent last month shows plots that have since been booked. Messages should carry a date, and the sales team should send the current map for any live enquiry.

What we do

What we deliver for plotted development companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business number setup

A company WhatsApp Business number with a profile, hours and an opening greeting for new enquirers.

Result: Enquirers see a company profile, not a personal photograph.

  2. Saved replies

Short saved messages for the approvals, the price sheet, the visit invitation and the directions.

Result: Each executive sends the same accurate answer.

  3. Visit invitation message

An invitation to a set Sunday with the pickup point, the plots to see and the name of the host.

Result: The invited family knows who will meet them and where.

  4. Consent and opt-out record

A note in the CRM of who agreed to receive messages and a way to remove anyone who asks.

Result: You can show who agreed to be messaged.

  5. Conversation hand-off rules

Rules for who replies, when a chat moves to a call and how a chat is saved to the CRM.

Result: No chat is lost when an executive leaves.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we send price lists to everyone who asks?
Send them to people who asked, with the date on the sheet. A price list posted to a group of strangers gets quoted back at you months later.
Can brokers use our WhatsApp number?
Give brokers a separate route for submitting buyers, so that the company number stays for the company's own conversations and the record stays clean.
Is a broadcast to old enquirers allowed?
Only to people who agreed to receive messages from you, with an easy way to stop. Check the platform's current rules and your own adviser on consent before you send.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
