Plotted development companies · Website

Give each layout a page with the plot map, the approvals and a clear way to visit.

A website for a plotted development company is the place where the buyer checks the approvals, the plot map and the route to the site before agreeing to drive out. GullySales builds the layout pages, the approvals folder and the enquiry route.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Plotted development companies: show a real physical business scene illustrating Layout and plot inventory. List every venture, phase and plot with plot number, dimensions, area, facing, corner or road-facing status and rate. Each plot reads as available, held or booked, and a hold can carry an expiry.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For plotted development companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer reads the site as the first document”

Before any call, the buyer looks for the approval. A site that puts it at the top, in words and as a downloadable file, passes the first test. A site that hides it behind a form fails it.

  • “A plot map that is out of date costs more than none”

A map showing booked plots as free makes the buyer doubt every other claim on the site. The site needs one owner who updates plot status the day a booking happens.

  • “Buyers use phones in the car and at the gate”

Visits begin with a phone map and end with a call from the entrance. A site that loads slowly on a mobile connection, or hides the call button, loses the buyer on the way.

  • “A brochure site gives the advocate nothing to read”

A brochure with renders and amenities leaves out the papers. A site with the approval letter, the conversion order and the layout plan lets an advocate begin the check at once.

What we do

What we deliver for plotted development companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Layout pages

One page per layout with locality, sizes, plot map, price range and approvals stated plainly.

Result: A visitor can find the approval without scrolling past images.

  2. Interactive plot map

A map where each plot shows number, size, facing and status, kept current by one owner.

Result: The map matches the list your sales team holds.

  3. Approvals folder

Downloadable copies of the documents you choose to share, with a plain explanation beside each.

Result: An advocate can open every document from the page.

  4. Visit booking route

A simple way to request a visit with a call button, a directions link and a form asking for the preferred day.

Result: A visitor can book without leaving the page.

  5. Mobile and speed pass

Checks that the pages load and the buttons work on ordinary phones and connections.

Result: The pages open and the call button works on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should plot prices be on the site?
Show a range by plot size or a rate per square foot with the payment schedule, if you are ready to stand by it. Buyers who see a figure come ready to discuss it.
Can we put the approval letters online?
That is your decision, with your adviser. Some companies share them, and the buyer's advocate will ask for them anyway. Share only documents you hold and describe nothing you do not.
Who updates the plot map?
One named person on the sales side, on the day a booking is made. If two people update it, the map will drift from the list.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
