Property inspection companies · WhatsApp marketing

Run bookings, photographs and reports through the app buyers already use.

WhatsApp marketing for an inspection company means a business number, quick replies and message templates that carry a buyer from enquiry to report. GullySales sets up the account, writes the messages and keeps consent records.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For property inspection companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The enquiry begins as a message”

A buyer forwarded a company's number by a friend sends a text, not an email. The business that answers with the right question about the handover date makes the booking before another firm calls back.

  • “A remote owner lives in the chat”

An NRI waiting on a visit wants photographs as the inspector moves through the flat. WhatsApp is the channel where those arrive without a login, a link to expire or a portal to learn.

  • “The report link needs a covering note”

A bare PDF dropped into a chat gets lost. A short message with the headline findings and an offer to talk makes the report something the buyer acts on.

  • “Broadcasts can annoy”

A promotion sent to every past client during a quiet period lands badly. Messages should go to people who asked for them and relate to something they care about, such as a monsoon check on a flat you inspected.

What we do

What we deliver for property inspection companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business account set-up

A WhatsApp Business profile with the name, description, address area, hours and catalogue of inspection types.

Result: A buyer sees a complete business profile.

  2. Saved replies for repeat questions

Saved answers for scope, price range you set, report format and visit arrangements.

Result: Your coordinator answers with consistent wording.

  3. Booking and visit message flow

Templates for date request, quote, confirmation, reminder and photographs from site.

Result: A client receives the same sequence every time.

  4. Report delivery template

A message with the report link, the main findings in two lines and a call offer.

Result: Each report arrives with context.

  5. Consent and opt-out record

A simple log of who agreed to receive messages and how to stop them.

Result: You can show consent for each contact on a broadcast list.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need the official WhatsApp Business API?
Not at the start. The business app handles a small team's volume. We recommend the API when volume or automation calls for it, and check the platform's current rules first.
Can we send monsoon reminders to past clients?
Only to those who agreed to hear from you, and with an easy way to opt out. Keep the message useful and short.
Who answers the chat?
Your coordinator or inspector on duty. We help set the rota and the wording, but a person from your team should answer anything about a finding.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
