Real estate marketing agencies · Content marketing

Write the guides a developer's marketing head wishes they had before the last launch.

Content marketing for a real estate marketing agency means publishing guides, checklists and short cases that answer what a developer needs to settle before a launch. GullySales plans the topics, drafts the pieces and links each one to a way of contacting you.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For real estate marketing agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Launch planning is the topic marketing heads search”

A marketing head preparing a launch wants a plan for pre-launch interest, channel partner briefings and the sales gallery. An agency that has written those out earns the first read.

  • “The sales handover is the gap”

Developers complain that leads arrive and sales teams do not convert them. A piece that explains who calls, within what steps and what the sales team records speaks to the sore point.

  • “Confidential work still teaches”

A guide drawn from patterns across projects, with no client named, passes the confidentiality test and shows experience that a brochure cannot.

  • “Content that stays on the site is wasted”

A guide nobody sends to a prospect does little. Each piece should be something your team attaches to a proposal or a follow-up note.

What we do

What we deliver for real estate marketing agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A topic plan built on developer questions

Topics drawn from what marketing heads ask in meetings and proposals, ordered by launch stage.

Result: Every planned piece answers a question a developer has asked.

  2. Launch checklists

Printable checklists for pre-launch, launch day and the weeks after, written in the developer's language.

Result: A prospect can use the checklist whether or not they hire you.

  3. Anonymous case write-ups

Short pieces covering the brief, the approach and the sales handover, with identifying detail removed.

Result: You hold cases you can use in pitches without breaching an agreement.

  4. Proposal attachments

Selected pieces cut to fit a proposal or a follow-up note, with a line on why each is included.

Result: Your team knows which piece to send at which stage.

  5. An approvals sheet

A record of who at your agency checks each piece, and which client permissions are needed before it goes out.

Result: Nothing is published without a named approver.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we write without naming clients?
Describe the project type, the segment, the problem and what you did. Remove the name, the location and any figure the client has not allowed, and keep the lesson.
How much content do we need?
Enough to cover each segment you serve and each stage of a launch. A short run of useful pieces does more than a long run of thin ones.
Can content make claims about results?
Only figures a client has approved and you can show. Property marketing is subject to rules that differ by state, so check the wording with your own legal adviser.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
