Residential construction contractors · Content marketing

Answer the questions a family asks before building, in your own words.

Content marketing for a residential contractor is writing and filming the answers a plot owner needs before signing: costs, stages, approvals and what goes wrong. GullySales works on choosing the questions, checking each fact with your engineer and turning the answers into pages a family can read.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For residential construction contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The family wants to know what goes wrong”

A plot owner has heard of delays, swapped material and extras. A contractor who writes honestly about how those happen and how the agreement prevents them earns trust that a brochure cannot.

  • “Generic advice is everywhere”

An article on how to build a house reads the same on a hundred sites. One that explains how stage payments work on your sites, with your specification, is one nobody else can write.

  • “An engineer's facts must be checked”

Wrong advice on foundations or approvals harms a family and the builder's name. Every figure and rule on a page should be read by the engineer or the architect before it goes live.

  • “Content has to end in a next step”

A good article that finishes without a way to ask for a quote or visit a house wastes the reader's attention. Each piece points to a finished-house page or the quote request.

What we do

What we deliver for residential construction contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A question bank from real calls

The questions families ask the office, collected from calls and WhatsApp threads and sorted by stage.

Result: The content plan matches real worries.

  2. Articles on stage payments and specification

Plain explanations of how payments follow work done and what each specification line means.

Result: Families can read before they ask.

  3. A handover checklist page

What a family should inspect at handover, written with the site engineer.

Result: The page helps current owners as well as prospects.

  4. A fact-check step on every piece

Each article read and signed off by your engineer before publication.

Result: No claim appears that the office cannot stand behind.

  5. Links from every piece to a house and a quote

Each article ends with a related finished house and a way to request a written quote.

Result: A reader always has a next step.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should write the content?
Someone who can write plainly, working from your engineer's answers. GullySales can draft; the engineer must check. An article nobody on site has read should not be published.
How many articles do I need?
Enough to answer the questions your calls raise. Begin with the five questions asked most at the first visit and add more when the calls bring new ones.
Can I reuse content on WhatsApp and social media?
Yes. A short answer sent to a family on WhatsApp can come from the same text as the article. Keep one source of truth so the answers do not disagree.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
