Residential interior designers · Social media

Turn a saved kitchen photo into a family that remembers whose studio finished it.

Social media marketing for an interior studio means showing finished homes on Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook in a way that a saved image leads back to you. GullySales works on the posts, the captions and the route from a comment to a WhatsApp conversation.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For residential interior designers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A saved image forgets its source”

Families save kitchens and wardrobes for months and lose track of who made them. A caption that gives the flat size, the layout and the studio name makes the saved idea traceable when the family is ready to choose.

  • “Reels get views and no enquiry”

A walk-through can be watched widely and bring nobody to the phone. The post needs a plain next step, such as sending the floor plan on WhatsApp, and a profile that says which cities and home sizes you serve.

  • “The client's home is theirs”

Posting a finished home without the family's written permission risks the relationship and the review. Agree what may be shown, leave out the address and personal details, and keep the permission with the project file.

What we do

What we deliver for residential interior designers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Home tour series

One finished home at a time, room by room, with size, budget band and what the family asked for.

Result: Each post names the home type, so a saved image is traceable.

  2. Profile and highlights set-up

A bio that states the cities, home sizes and how to send a floor plan, with highlights sorted by home type.

Result: A visitor to the profile knows at a glance whether you serve their flat.

  3. Caption and tag guide

A short guide on how to name the size, style and locality in a caption, without exposing the client.

Result: Captions read the same across the studio and protect the family.

  4. Comment and message reply routine

A set of replies to common questions about cost and timing that move the conversation to WhatsApp.

Result: A comment becomes a conversation on the channel where quotes are discussed.

  5. Post record against enquiries

A sheet that notes which posts were followed by a message or a visit.

Result: You can see which kinds of post bring families who book a visit.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Which platform matters most for an interior studio?
Instagram carries the images families save, and Pinterest holds ideas for months. Facebook still reaches parents who join the decision. Start where your past clients already are, and add the rest later.
Do we need to pay for ads on social media?
Not at the start. Build the home tour posts first, then test a small paid push for families near a new project. Check each platform's current rules for ads before you set one up.
Who should run the account in a small studio?
The designer knows the homes, so the designer supplies photographs and notes. A single person should post, reply and pass messages to whoever handles quotes, so nothing sits unanswered.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
