Senior living developers · Digital marketing

Connect the website, search, social posts and sales calls into one route for the family.

Digital marketing for a senior living developer joins search, ads, content, messaging and the site so a family meets one consistent story. GullySales works on how these parts fit together and how each enquiry is recorded.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For senior living developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A family meets several channels in a row”

A daughter sees a post, searches the project name, reads the site, then calls the sales office. If the message differs at each step, doubt builds.

  • “Spend follows the wrong measure”

A cheap click from a person who wants a flat for investment is not a good outcome. Judge each channel by the households that visit and the ones that move in, not by clicks.

  • “Sales and marketing describe different communities”

If the ads promise a lively social life and the sales team talks only about medical support, the family is confused. They must say the same thing.

  • “Long decisions need long-lived records”

A household that enquired last year may be ready now. If the record is gone, the community pays again to reach a family it already knew.

What we do

What we deliver for senior living developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan tied to household stages

A plan saying which channel does what from first search to move-in.

Result: Each channel has a stated job.

  2. Shared message guide

One set of descriptions of the community used by ads, site and sales.

Result: The wording matches across every touchpoint.

  3. Enquiry source tracking

Tags on pages, forms and calls so each enquiry is tied to its source.

Result: You can see which channel each visiting household came from.

  4. Reporting by household outcome

Reports showing enquiries, visits, trial stays and move-ins against channel.

Result: The reports follow households, not clicks.

  5. Budget review with your team

A session to compare what each channel brought and where to adjust.

Result: Spending decisions rest on your records.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should we start?
Start with the pages families read and the record that holds their details. Ads on a weak site and an untracked phone line waste money.
Do ads on housing and age have special rules?
Platforms and regulators may restrict how housing and age-related ads are targeted and worded. Check the platform's current rules and your own adviser before you launch.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
