Structural contractors · Local SEO

Show up on the map when a builder in your town needs a frame gang.

Local SEO for a structural contractor is the work of appearing in Maps and town searches for the places your gangs can reach. GullySales sets up your business profile, your town pages and the proof behind them, with attention to the sites you can actually serve.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For structural contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A builder looks near the plot, not near your office”

A frame contractor goes where the site is, so the builder searches by the town or locality of the plot. If your profile lists only the yard address, it is matched to the wrong area. Naming the towns you serve, and meaning them, widens who finds you.

  • “Claiming a town you do not serve wastes both sides”

A page that lists every district in the state invites calls you will decline. A builder who rings about a site beyond reach thinks less of the profile. A short, true list of towns, with finished frames in each, reads as credible.

  • “Reviews from builders are rare and carry weight”

Few builders write about a gang on Maps, so each one is read closely by the next. A review from a main contractor that mentions the schedule kept does more than ten from relatives. Asking at the end of a finished slab, in person, is the moment.

What we do

What we deliver for structural contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A complete business profile

Business type, service areas, working hours, photographs of finished frames and a phone number that is answered, set up and checked.

Result: Your profile shows the towns you serve and the work you do, with no blanks.

  2. A page for each town you serve

Each page lists the frames cast nearby, the engineers and builders you have worked with there, with their agreement.

Result: A builder in a listed town finds proof from near their own plot.

  3. A review request for the end of a pour

A short message and a link you send on WhatsApp to the builder or site engineer after a handover.

Result: Each finished block ends with a request, and you can see who was asked.

  4. Consistent details across listings

The name, address and number matched on your profile, website and trade directories.

Result: One set of details appears everywhere your business is listed.

  5. A reply routine for reviews

A simple way to answer each review, including a complaint, with facts and in a civil tone.

Result: Every review on your profile has an answer from the owner.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do I need a shop front for a Maps profile?
No. A contractor who serves customers at their sites can list a service area and a yard or office address. Check the platform's current rules on how to set that up.
Can I appear in towns where I have no office?
You can list the towns you serve if you do serve them. Pages for those towns carry weight when they show real frames cast nearby, not a copied list of names.
How do I ask a builder for a review without awkwardness?
Ask after the slab is handed over, in person or by message, and say a few words about the site help the next builder. Never offer a discount or payment for a review.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
