Township developers · CRM

Keep one record for each family, from the hoarding call to the final handover.

A CRM for a township holds each family's enquiry, visits, questions, bookings and payment stages in one place, across phases and across sales staff. GullySales sets up the fields, the stages and the reports so the record survives staff changes.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What CRM means

A CRM is the record where every enquiry, call and quote is kept against a customer, replacing separate notebooks, spreadsheets and memory. GullySales sets up or cleans an existing CRM and reports from it by enquiry outcome rather than by activity logged.

For township developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A township sale outlasts the sales person”

Enquiry to handover can run across several staff moves. When the executive leaves with the notes in a phone, the family repeats everything to a stranger.

  • “Phases need to share one list”

A family who asked about phase one and now sees phase three should show as a returning enquirer. Separate sheets per phase hide them.

  • “Partner bookings need the partner on the record”

If the partner is added after the booking, disputes follow. The CRM should ask who introduced the family at the first call.

  • “Payment stages are part of the relationship”

A family on a construction-linked schedule needs a reminder and a clear receipt. Keeping this in an accounts file the sales team cannot see leads to the wrong call at the wrong time.

What we do

What we deliver for township developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Stages from enquiry to handover

A pipeline with named stages: enquiry, visit, shortlist, booking, agreement, payment, handover.

Result: Every family sits in exactly one stage.

  2. Fields for family, budget and question

Family size, budget, preferred plot or home type, source, partner and the question asked.

Result: A new sales person can read the record and carry on.

  3. A visit record

Date, pickup point, who attended, the plots shown and what the family said.

Result: Each visit leaves a written note on the family's record.

  4. Partner and source reports

Lists of enquiries and bookings by partner and by source for each phase.

Result: The sales head can see which partners and sources bring bookings.

  5. Staff handover rules

A short written rule for reassigning a family's record when a staff member leaves.

Result: No family's record is left with a departed employee.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the CRM work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Map the sales process

We record how a deal actually moves from enquiry to close in your business today.

  2. 2

    Configure stages and fields

The CRM's pipeline and fields are built to match that process exactly, not a generic template.

  3. 3

    Set up automations

Reminders, assignment rules and follow-up triggers are configured so routine steps happen without manual effort.

  4. 4

    Test with real deals

We run the configuration against actual current deals to catch gaps before the whole team relies on it.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Which CRM do you recommend for a township?
One your sales team will actually open every day and that fits your budget. GullySales sets up the tool you choose; the stages and fields matter more than the product name.
Can partners see the CRM?
Give partners only what they need, such as availability and their own referrals. Customer details belong to your company and its privacy rules, so decide access with your adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
