Township developers · Local SEO

Make sure a family driving to the gate finds the site office and reaches a person.

Local SEO for a township means the site office, sales gallery and gate appear correctly on maps and in nearby searches. GullySales sets up and maintains the business profile, the directions and the details a family uses on the road.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For township developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The map pin is where the visit is won or lost”

A township is far from the main road, and a pin that lands on a field or a back gate sends the family home. Check the pin by driving it, not by looking at the screen.

  • “A phone that rings in an empty office loses the visit”

The listing shows a number, and the family calls from the car when lost. If nobody answers outside visit days, that call is the whole experience of your sales team.

  • “Several offices need several listings”

A township with a site office, a city sales office and a model flat has three places a family might go. One listing for all three confuses the map and the buyer.

  • “Photographs on the profile decide the first impression”

Families look at the gate, the road and the club house before they ask a question. A profile with an old render and no photograph of today's road looks like a project that has not started.

What we do

What we deliver for township developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business profile for each office

Name, address, listing type, opening days and visit-day notes for the site office and any city office.

Result: Each office has its own correct, current listing.

  2. A verified map pin and written directions

A pin placed at the gate, with directions from the nearest landmark and highway turn in the local language.

Result: A family can reach the gate from the highway using the listing alone.

  3. Dated photographs on the profile

Current photographs of the gate, roads, show home and amenities, replaced as the site changes.

Result: Photographs on the profile match what a family sees on arrival.

  4. A reply routine for map questions

Questions and messages on the profile go to a named person at the site office.

Result: Each question on the profile has a reply from a named person.

  5. Consistent name and address across the web

Directory and portal listings are brought in line with the profile.

Result: The township's name and address read the same wherever they appear.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a profile if we already advertise on hoardings?
Yes. A hoarding gets the name remembered, and the map listing is where the family looks when they set off. Without it, the last step of the journey is guesswork.
Can reviews be collected from residents?
Platforms have their own rules on asking for reviews, so check the platform's current rules. For a regulated trade like real estate, ask your own adviser before inviting reviews or offering anything in return.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
