Township developers · Website

Build a website that shows what exists today, dated, beside what is planned.

A website for a township is the place a family checks after a hoarding, a message or a broker's call: phases, plot types, photographs and how to reach the site. GullySales designs the pages, writes them with your team and connects every form to your enquiry record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For township developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page of a township is read by a spouse who has not visited”

One person visits the site office and the other checks the website at night. The page must answer the questions that person would put to the visitor.

  • “Dated photographs do more than renders”

A photograph with a date and a caption is believable. A rendering without a date asks the buyer to take the developer's word.

  • “Phase status must be on the page”

Buyers want to know what is open, booked and coming. A page that hides status makes the family call, and the call becomes a chore for the sales team.

  • “Forms that go to a personal inbox lose enquiries”

A form delivered to one person's email stops working when that person leaves. Every form should land in the shared CRM.

What we do

What we deliver for township developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Phase pages with status

One page for each phase showing types, status, amenities and dated photographs.

Result: Each phase page shows its status and the date it was last updated.

  2. Registration details on each phase

Registration numbers and sanctioned plan references added only after you confirm them in writing.

Result: Each phase shows the details you provided.

  3. Directions and visit booking

A map, directions in the local language and a form to book a visit day.

Result: A family can book a visit from their phone.

  4. Partner login or inventory link

A page where registered partners see current availability and the commission sheet.

Result: Partners reach current availability without calling.

  5. Forms connected to the CRM

Every enquiry form and call button tagged and sent to the shared record.

Result: An enquiry made on the site appears on a CRM record with its source.

  6. A page update routine

A named person and a checklist for updating status and photographs.

Result: The site shows the same status as the sales sheet.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a separate site for each phase?
One township site with a page per phase serves better, because families compare phases and the search visibility builds on one address.
Can the site show prices?
That is your decision with your lawyer's view. If you show price, show the date it applies from, and remove it when the rate changes.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
