Road and paving contractors · Website

Build a website that proves you lay roads before a buyer picks up the phone.

A website for a road contractor is a set of pages that show the surfaces you lay, the machinery you own and the places you have worked, so that a stranger can check you. GullySales builds it around finished projects and a quotation request, and keeps the domain in your name.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For road and paving contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A brochure site says nothing a buyer can check”

A page of claims about quality and timely completion looks like every other contractor. A buyer wants a place name, a surface and a date.

  • “Equipment and registrations are the proof”

A hot mix plant, a paver and rollers, or your contractor registration, tell a developer or department engineer you can do the work. Most sites leave them out.

  • “The enquiry form asks the wrong things”

A form that wants a budget and a company turnover puts off a committee member. The honest first questions are where, what and roughly how big.

What we do

What we deliver for road and paving contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A project gallery organised by surface

Bituminous, concrete and paver block jobs in separate sections, each with place, area and dated photographs.

Result: A visitor finds a job like his own in one click.

  2. A page for machinery and plant

Your hot mix plant, paver, rollers and concrete equipment, owned or hired, with photographs and what each is used for.

Result: A buyer sees you can do the work without borrowing.

  3. A registrations and work orders page

Your contractor registration classes as issued, a list of past work orders you may show and the completion certificates you can share.

Result: A department engineer finds what he needs to check.

  4. A short quotation request form

Location, surface, approximate area and a phone number, with a WhatsApp button beside it.

Result: The first message has the facts needed for a visit.

  5. A light page for a phone on a site

Light photographs, readable text and a call button fixed at the bottom, since most visitors arrive from a phone on a street.

Result: The page loads on the connection a developer has in a layout.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a developer, a committee or a department engineer looks for on a contractor's website.

Finished roads with place, area and date
A buyer trusts a job he can drive to. Show the locality, the surface and a wide photograph with a landmark, and keep each project on its own page.
The layers you lay on each surface
Set out the sub-base, base and surface for bituminous, concrete and paver block work. A buyer comparing two quotations looks for the same words in yours.
Machinery you own and hire
List the plant, the paver, the rollers and any batching equipment. Say plainly what is hired, because a buyer finds out when the crew arrives.
Registrations and past work orders
Show your contractor registration as issued and keep it current. Show work orders only where the client allows, and never show a document that has expired.
Safety and traffic arrangements on a live road
Describe how you barricade, divert traffic and protect pedestrians. An industrial estate or a committee will ask what happens when the road is open to vehicles.
A way to ask for a visit
A form that asks where, what and roughly how big, and a WhatsApp button. Check on a phone that both work and that the number is the one you answer.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a profile on IndiaMART or JustDial enough instead of a website?
For small repair jobs, a profile can bring calls. A developer or department engineer wants to check your finished work and your papers, and a listing page rarely shows them. Keep the profile and add a site you own.
Should the website be in a regional language as well as English?
If your buyers are panchayats, wards or local developers who read the regional language first, yes, for the pages that matter: services, projects and contact. Keep the quotation form in the language your estimator can answer.
How light must the site be?
Light enough on a weak mobile signal. Compress photographs, keep the first screen light and test on a phone away from your office wifi. A slow page loses the visitor before he sees a road.
Who owns the domain and the content?
You do. The domain is registered in your company's name, with your email as the contact. Ask whoever builds the site to hand over logins and copies of all photographs and text at the end.
Do you help us win government tenders?
We help you find notices sooner, keep your papers ready and show your past work. We do not write bids or influence anyone. Each portal's current rules decide eligibility, and your own team or a tender consultant handles the submission.
Can we show photographs of a road we laid for a developer?
Ask first and keep the answer in writing, preferably when the job is signed. Many developers agree if the layout name is not used for anything misleading. Showing a place name and a finished surface is what makes the page believable.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
