Bicycle stores · Website

A cycle shop website should answer the size question before the parent has to call.

A website for a bicycle store is the place that shows what you stock, what you repair, where the shop is and how to reach it from a phone. GullySales works on the pages, the photos and the contact routes so a visitor knows what to do next.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For bicycle stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Visitors arrive on a phone, standing in a shop”

A buyer looks up your site while comparing cycles in front of a rival. If the page is slow, the address is hidden or the photos are stock images, they leave. The phone number and map should be a tap away.

  • “A catalogue that is out of date harms more than none”

A page listing models you no longer hold sends buyers in for something that is not there. A better site shows types and a short current list, with a note to ask for stock, and a person who updates it.

  • “The workshop needs a page of its own”

Repair customers do not want to read about showroom cycles. A page for service, with the jobs listed and how to book, reaches the person with a flat tyre and shows a working shop.

  • “Group buyers need a way to ask”

A club or campus admin looking for several cycles needs a form or a number for quotes. Without one, they use the website as a brochure, find no route to ask, and call the next shop on the list.

What we do

What we deliver for bicycle stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page that says what you sell and fix

A clear opening with cycle types, the workshop, the area you serve, hours and a one-tap call and map.

Result: A visitor knows what the shop does from the first screen.

  2. Pages for each cycle type

Kids' cycles, gear cycles, e-cycles and road or mountain bikes, each with photos you took and the questions buyers ask.

Result: Each buyer type has a page that speaks to it.

  3. A size guide page

Wheel size by age and height, the models in stock and a note on seat adjustment.

Result: Parents get the answer before visiting.

  4. A service and booking page

The repairs you do, what to bring and a WhatsApp or form route to book.

Result: Repair customers book without a phone call.

  5. A group enquiry page

A short form and contact for clubs, schools, apartments and campuses.

Result: Group buyers have a way to ask for a quote.

  6. A mobile and contact check

A test on a phone for loading, tap-to-call, the map link and the form.

Result: The routes to reach you work on the device buyers use.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online shop to sell cycles?
Not necessarily. Buyers want to try a cycle and have it assembled. A site that shows types, answers size and brings people in suits a local shop. Online sale can be added if your team can deliver and assemble.
When must the site be updated?
Whenever your stock and offers change. We keep type pages stable and put changing items in one short list that one person owns, so the site never shows cycles you have sold out of.
Can we use maker photos?
Use only what the maker allows and prefer photos of the cycles in your own shop. Own photos show a real place and avoid rights issues. Check the maker's current terms before using their images.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
