Carpet stores · Website

A rug website should show the room, the size and the way to message you.

A website for a carpet store is the place where a buyer checks your range, sees rugs in rooms and finds the quickest route to a conversation. GullySales works on the pages, the product listing and the enquiry route that suit a considered purchase.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For carpet stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A grid of thumbnails does not show scale”

A page of small rug images tells the buyer the pattern and nothing else. Each product needs a room photograph, the size in feet, the material and a close-up of the pile. Without these the buyer leaves to ask on WhatsApp or goes elsewhere.

  • “A shopping cart suits a mat, not a hand-knotted rug”

Mats and machine-made rugs can sell from a page. A costly piece needs a conversation. Buttons for message on WhatsApp, request a home trial and call the showroom fit the way these rugs are really bought.

  • “Homes and offices should not share a front page”

A facility manager looking for office carpet does not want to scroll through nursery rugs. A clear split at the top, with a commercial page of its own, sends each visitor to the right place.

  • “The showroom must be easy to find from the site”

Address, hours, a map and a landmark get buried in a footer. A buyer who decides to visit needs them at once, with a phone number that can be tapped on a mobile.

What we do

What we deliver for carpet stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page structure for home and commercial buyers

A site map with room-based pages for homes and a separate commercial section, each with a clear next step.

Result: A structure you can check page by page.

  2. Product page template

A fixed layout with room photo, size in feet, material, care and a price band or a request-price button.

Result: A template used for every rug.

  3. Enquiry and trial request form

A short form asking for room, size, budget band and address, feeding the buyer register.

Result: Enquiries that arrive with their details.

  4. Showroom page with directions

Address, hours, landmark, parking and a map, repeated on the contact page and the footer.

Result: A page that gets the visitor to the door.

  5. Mobile-first review

A check of every page on a phone, covering tap targets, image weight and message buttons.

Result: A list of fixes for mobile visitors.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need online payment on the site?
Not for costly rugs. Online payment suits mats and small items. We can look at whether to add it for part of the range, and the choice is yours.
What range should be on the site?
Show what you can photograph well, with sizes and materials. A smaller set of good pages beats a long list of poor ones. Add more as the photographs are taken.
Can we update the site ourselves?
That depends on how it is built. We prefer a setup where your staff can add a rug with a photo and a few fields, and we write down the steps so the site stays current.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
