Custom jewellery designers · Website

A site where the portfolio, the process and the terms sit side by side.

A website for a custom jewellery designer is the place where the portfolio, the commission process and the written terms sit together, so a serious client can read everything before the first call. GullySales works on the structure, the pages and the booking route.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For custom jewellery designers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is where trust is checked”

A client who likes the Instagram feed then looks for proof: an address note, the process, the terms and finished work. A site that has these settles the doubt; a site with a logo and a phone number raises it.

  • “Terms belong on the page”

How the advance works, how weight and purity are recorded and what hallmarking involves should be readable without asking. Hallmarking and purity rules differ and change, so check current norms with your own association or adviser.

  • “Pages should follow the commission types”

Engagement rings, bridal sets, remodelling and men's pieces are different journeys. Separate pages let each client see work like their own and a booking step that suits them.

  • “Phones do the viewing”

Clients look on a phone, in the evening, with family beside them. Photographs must load cleanly, text must be readable and the booking button must be easy to find.

What we do

What we deliver for custom jewellery designers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A portfolio organised by commission type

Rings, bridal, remodelling and men's pieces, each with the brief, sketch, metal and stones.

Result: A client finds work similar to their own.

  2. A process page

The steps from consultation to delivery, written plainly and in order.

Result: A new client can read how a commission runs.

  3. A terms page

Advance, weight and purity records, wastage, hallmarking and changes to a design.

Result: The main worries are answered in writing.

  4. A consultation booking form

A short form that collects occasion, date, budget and metal and offers a call or video slot.

Result: Bookings arrive with a usable brief.

  5. A remodelling page

How old gold is assessed and reworked, with consented examples.

Result: A family with inherited gold sees the route.

  6. A mobile-first layout

Pages checked on a phone for clarity, load and the booking button.

Result: The site works where clients actually look.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is Instagram enough without a website?
Instagram is the window, but a website holds the terms, the process and the booking route, and appears in search. A client about to pay an advance wants to read these somewhere calm.
Should the site list prices?
Show what drives the price and, if you are comfortable, a starting range. A quote follows the brief. A price from one picture will mislead the client and cost you trust.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
