Electronics and appliance stores · Digital marketing

Spend the year around April, Diwali and the cricket season, not evenly.

Digital marketing for an appliance store is the plan that decides which month gets the money and which channel carries which category. GullySales builds that calendar around your season, the brands funding part of it and the fitting capacity you have, then reports enquiries against bills.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For electronics and appliance stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Four buying seasons and eight quiet months”

Air conditioners from February, televisions before a big tournament, everything before the festival, and appliances for families moving into newly handed-over flats nearby. A flat monthly budget spends itself in weeks when nobody is buying.

  • “Brand money is sitting unclaimed”

Manufacturers fund a share of dealer advertising for named models, with their own artwork rules and proof requirements. Most stores never ask and pay for the whole campaign themselves.

  • “Do not advertise what the fitters cannot fit”

Sixty air conditioner orders in a week you can install thirty becomes a row of angry reviews. The campaign calendar is built backwards from the installation diary.

  • “The mobile counter needs almost none of this”

Phone and SIM buyers walk in from the street and decide in ten minutes. Put the budget behind the machines that carry a margin and an installation, not the counter that runs on footfall.

What we do

What we deliver for electronics and appliance stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A season calendar for the whole year

Month by month, which category is advertised, on which channel and at what budget, built around the heat, the festivals and the tournament weeks.

Result: The money lands in the weeks people are buying.

  2. Brand support asked for before each campaign

The co-operative funds, artwork rules and proof of publication each manufacturer requires, gathered before the booking rather than after it.

Result: Somebody else pays for part of the campaign.

  3. Channels matched to category and buyer

Search and Maps for the machine somebody needs this week, short video for the categories that need a demonstration, WhatsApp for households you have already billed.

Result: Each category is sold where its buyer is looking.

  4. Capacity checked against every offer

The delivery and fitting diary read before an offer week is booked, with a cap on how many orders a single slot can take.

Result: Sales you win do not turn into complaints.

  5. One enquiry record behind every channel

Calls, messages and forms landing in one book with a source against each, instead of four dashboards that disagree.

Result: You can compare a Maps enquiry with a leaflet.

  6. A report against the opening baseline

Enquiries by source, walk-ins, bills, average bill value and repeat households, set beside the figures recorded before the work started.

Result: You can see the month a channel began to pay.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where to start for a store

Start with the walk-out follow-up and the listing, then spend ahead of each season.

Google Business Profile with real stock
List the categories you carry, the brands, the timings and the service centre. Reply to every review that mentions delivery, and record the calls from the profile in a register.
Walk-out follow-up
Take a name and number from every family that leaves without buying a TV or an AC. Call back with the exact model and EMI option, and note which calls turned into bills.
Brand support claims
Ask each brand's area manager what co-op funding and display support is open before the AC and festival seasons. Keep the claim paperwork in one folder with dates.
An installation capacity sheet
Write how many AC and washing machine fittings your technicians can do in a day. Pause the offer when the sheet is full, and note the enquiries you turned away.
A household record
Record what each family bought, the model and the date. Message them before a warranty ends or the season returns, with their consent.
What to leave until later
Always-on ads for mobile accessories and a full online store. Spend only on the seasons and categories where your fitters and stock can handle the rush.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much of the budget should go to the air conditioner season?
More than feels comfortable, because the enquiries arrive inside about six weeks. Work backwards from the fitting slots you can honour and stop when they are full. What is left funds the festival weeks and the new-home belt around the shop.
We already run Instagram, Maps and Google Ads. What is missing?
The join between them, in most shops. The advertisement brings a call, nobody records it, the follow-up never happens and the channel gets blamed. A report putting enquiries by source against bills shows which part is actually broken.
Customers check the online price in the shop. How do I answer that?
Tell them what the shop adds: installation, the service call you answer, and the EMI paperwork done at the counter. Match a price where you can and show the delivery rules. Write down which items lose the comparison, so you stop advertising them.
Is it worth chasing a family that bought a fridge elsewhere?
Yes, if they bought from you before. Keep a list of past buyers and what they own, and call when the next purchase becomes likely, for example an AC before summer. Ask permission to message, and note what each family bought next and where.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
