Fabric shops and retailers · Website

Put the shelf on a page so cloth can be chosen before anyone walks in.

A website for a fabric shop is a browsable catalogue of what you hold, with width, weave, rate band and shade photographed in daylight, plus the shop's address and a way to ask. GullySales builds the pages around how buyers search and how your counter answers.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For fabric shops and retailers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A shopper compares fabrics before choosing a street”

The buyer looks at two or three shops on a phone before walking out. A shop with no pages of its own is missing from that comparison, and the buyer goes where the cloth can be seen.

  • “Shade is the sale, so the photograph is the page”

A cotton listed in a flat studio light misleads, and the buyer arrives to a colour that looks different. Each design needs daylight shots, a note on how the shade reads and an honest line about screen variation.

  • “One website has to serve the household and the tailor”

The household wants occasion and look. The tailor wants width, weave and lot. A single page of mixed listings serves neither, so the site keeps retail browsing apart from a trade enquiry route.

  • “A website that cannot take an enquiry is only a brochure”

Some buyers will not call. They send a photograph or a design name on WhatsApp. If each page lacks a button that opens a chat with that design already named, the interest ends at the page.

What we do

What we deliver for fabric shops and retailers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Pages for each fabric family

Suiting, shirting, sarees, dress material, curtain cloth, upholstery and uniform cloth, each with its own page, written in the words buyers type.

Result: A search for curtain cloth in your town can land on a page about curtain cloth.

  2. Design pages with daylight photographs

Each running design shot flat and draped, with width, weave, care note and rate band, and a line on how the shade reads indoors.

Result: A buyer can judge the cloth without asking for forty photographs.

  3. An ask-on-WhatsApp button on every design

A button that opens a chat with the design name and page already filled in, so staff see exactly which cloth the buyer means.

Result: Every enquiry arrives naming the design.

  4. A separate route for tailors and boutiques

A trade page that asks for the quantity, the lot and the delivery place, and routes to whoever handles thaan orders.

Result: Trade enquiries stop sharing a queue with two-metre retail questions.

  5. Shop page with map, hours and the street

Address, landmarks, parking, opening hours and the days the shop is shut, matched to the Google Business Profile.

Result: A visitor knows where to come and when.

  6. A page for curtain and uniform jobs

A short description of the measuring visit, the sample length and the shade card, with a way to book the visit.

Result: Furnishing and institutional buyers find a clear first step.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show rates on the website?
Show a rate band for retail lengths, since buyers already compare metre rates online. Keep exact thaan rates for the trade route, where the quantity and the account decide the figure.
We change stock constantly. How does a website keep up?
Keep the site to running designs and fabric families, and mark clearance and new lots separately. Staff photograph a new lot once and the page is added. Dead stock leaves the page when it leaves the shelf.
Do we need online payment on the site?
Not to begin. Some shops take the enquiry on WhatsApp and settle payment by UPI or at the counter. Add a payment step only when you are ready to cut, pack and courier orders reliably.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
