Lighting showrooms · Website

Build a site that shows the fitting, the size and the way to reach you.

A website for a lighting showroom is the page a designer or homeowner opens to check what you stock, how big each fitting is and where to find you. GullySales works on the structure, the product pages and the enquiry route.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For lighting showrooms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer checks the site before the visit”

A homeowner who has seen your post opens the site to see whether the range is worth the trip. Missing sizes, missing finishes or a catalogue that does not load decide the visit against you.

  • “Designers want specifications, not slogans”

The page needs size, finish, wattage, light colour and driver type in a form that can be copied. A designer who cannot find these writes to a showroom that lists them.

  • “The phone is the screen”

Buyers browse on a phone while at a site or in a car. Large images that load slowly and buttons too small to tap lose the visit before it begins.

  • “An enquiry form nobody reads is a dead end”

A form that sends to an old email address leaves the buyer waiting. A WhatsApp button, a call button and a form that reaches a named person keep the enquiry alive.

What we do

What we deliver for lighting showrooms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure by fitting and room

Menus built around chandeliers, pendants, wall lights, profile lighting and outdoor, with a path from each room.

Result: A map of pages that a buyer can follow in a few taps.

  2. Product pages with specifications

Size, finish, light colour, driver type and lead time on each page, with photographs of the lit fitting.

Result: Each page gives a designer the fields to paste.

  3. A showroom page with the route

Address, map, hours, parking and a photograph of the entrance.

Result: A buyer can find the door without a call.

  4. An enquiry route that reaches a person

WhatsApp, call and form, each sent to a named staff member and logged.

Result: Every enquiry from the site has an owner.

  5. A phone-first build

Layout, images and buttons tested on common phones.

Result: The site reads and loads on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do I need to list every product?
No. List the fittings you want to sell first and the ones designers ask for repeatedly. A smaller site that is complete is better than a large one that is stale.
Should the site show prices?
Show them where they are fixed. For imported or custom pieces, give a starting point or invite a message. State which, so the buyer is not left guessing.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes, if the site is built on a tool your team can use. Ask for a short handover so new fittings can be added without waiting for a developer.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
