Party supply stores · Social media

A party shop's Instagram works when each post shows a hall someone wants to copy.

Social media marketing for a party supply store is the habit of showing finished setups, kits and deliveries where hosts and mother groups already look. GullySales works on the grid, the reels and the order route that turn a saved photograph into a WhatsApp message.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For party supply stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “People save photographs to copy them”

A mother planning a first birthday saves the setup that appeals and shows it to the family. The post that gets saved is a complete scene with the theme visible. A flat-lay of loose items gets a like and nothing more.

  • “Reels show the transformation”

A bare hall becoming a jungle takes moments on video and persuades better than any caption. The shop that records set-up from empty room to finished arch gives the host proof that the team can do the job.

  • “Mother groups and society pages carry the word”

Local parents' groups and apartment pages are where birthday plans are discussed. A shop posting its own page link there without any context is ignored. A photograph of a society event the shop supplied, shared with permission, is read.

  • “Posts need an order route attached”

A host who loves a photograph and cannot tell how to order moves on. Each post should name the kit, carry a price range where you set one, and point to the WhatsApp number or the profile button for orders.

What we do

What we deliver for party supply stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A grid planned around themes

A set of post types, such as finished setup, kit contents, delivery moment and customer party, so the grid reads as a catalogue of themes.

Result: A visitor to the profile sees themes at a glance.

  2. Reels of the set-up from bare room to finished

Short videos of the work in progress and the finished result, shot at the venue with the host's permission.

Result: You hold a reel for each major theme.

  3. A save-worthy kit post for each season

A post for each festival and occasion that lists what is in the kit, so a host can save it and order from it later.

Result: Posts carry the kit name and the order route.

  4. Captions with a plain ask

Each caption saying what the kit contains and how to order, in the language your customers write in.

Result: A reader knows what to do after the photograph.

  5. A customer-party share routine

A request, made at delivery, to share a photograph of the finished party, with the host's consent to reuse it.

Result: New posts come from real parties, not stock images.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

  • Return gift buyers and party-hall owners

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we post every festival graphic?
No. Greeting graphics add noise and sell nothing. Post the kit built for that festival, with a photograph and an order route. We plan the calendar around what the shop can fill.
Do we need to run paid posts as well?
Not at the start. Build the grid first, because paid reach to a thin profile wastes money. Where paid reach makes sense, we point it at the Thursday before a weekend. Check the platform's current rules on advertising.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
