Sports equipment shops · Website

Give each sport its own page, with the stock and the sizing guide on it.

A website for a sports equipment shop shows what you stock by sport, helps a parent choose a size and makes it easy to ask for a team quote. GullySales works on page structure, sizing content, photos of your own shelves and the enquiry forms.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Outdoor and sports goods stores: show a real physical business scene illustrating Item and variant master. Hold each product with its sizes, colours, brand, barcode and price, so every variant has its own stock count and the counter finds the size on the shelf.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For sports equipment shops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A parent wants the size answer before the visit”

A page that says which bat size suits which age, and which racket weight suits a beginner, saves the parent a trip and a staff member a repeated explanation. It also shows the shop knows the trade.

  • “A catalogue without prices still works”

Some sports shops fear showing prices. A page that shows brands, models and the sizes in stock, with a message button for price, still gives the buyer enough to decide to visit and ask.

  • “Team buyers need a quote page”

A coach or school clerk looks for a place to ask for a team order. A page with a short form for sport, quantity, sizes and date turns a vague call into a quote request with the details already in hand.

  • “Phone visitors need speed and a tap”

Visitors arrive on a phone, from Maps or a shared link. The page should open with the address, hours, a call button and a WhatsApp button before any long text. A heavy page with large images loses them.

What we do

What we deliver for sports equipment shops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure by sport

Pages for each sport, a sizing section, a team orders page and a contact page.

Result: A site map you can read and approve.

  2. Sizing guides on the pages

Plain charts and notes for bats, rackets, boots and kit by age.

Result: Sizing help placed where the buyer looks.

  3. A team quote form

A short form that asks sport, quantity, sizes, printing and the date needed.

Result: Quote requests that arrive complete.

  4. Call and WhatsApp buttons

Buttons placed at the top and bottom of every page, tied to the shop's number.

Result: A buyer can reach you from any page.

  5. A photo brief for your shelves

A list of photographs to take so the site shows your real stock.

Result: Photos of the shop, not stock images.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need online selling?
Not to begin with. A site that shows stock, answers sizing and collects quote requests brings visitors to the counter. We say when selling online would pay for your volume.
Can you work with our existing site?
Yes. We read it first and list what to fix or add. If it cannot carry sport pages and forms, we tell you and suggest what to change.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
