Tile, flooring and bathware dealers · Content marketing

Answer what a family argues about after they leave your showroom.

Content marketing for a tile dealer answers what a buyer asks before ordering: how many boxes, which finish for a wet bathroom floor, what a slab costs to fit. GullySales writes those answers into your range pages and gives the counter staff exactly the same ones to use.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For tile, flooring and bathware dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The quantity question is asked at every display”

How many boxes for a twelve by ten room, with wastage and skirting. Put the working on a page and the family stops relying on a guess made on site.

  • “Anti-skid is really a safety question”

A family with an elderly parent at home is asking which bathroom floor is safe when wet. That is a page of its own, and it sells the better tile.

  • “Upkeep decides the wooden flooring sale”

Buyers walk away from laminate because somebody told them it swells. Water, cleaning and repair explained plainly is what closes that range.

  • “Written answers give the counter an hour back”

The same eight questions come every day at the display. A page, a WhatsApp reply and a printed sheet answer them once.

What we do

What we deliver for tile, flooring and bathware dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A quantity and wastage guide with worked examples

Real room sizes worked through in boxes, with skirting, wastage and adhesive shown, published on the site and printed for the counter.

Result: Families get your figure instead of a number invented on site.

  2. Finish and slip-resistance pages by room

Separate pages for bathroom floors, kitchens, balconies, parking and staircases, written around what goes wrong in each.

Result: A buyer sees that you know where the tile is going.

  3. Care and upkeep answers for the flooring ranges

Water, cleaning, scratches and repair explained for wooden, laminate, SPC and vinyl floors, with what the warranty covers and what it does not.

Result: The objection that kills a flooring sale gets answered early.

  4. Short videos filmed at the display

A salesperson answering one question per video at the display board, shot on a phone and used on the site, on Maps and on WhatsApp.

Result: The same explanation reaches buyers who have not visited yet.

  5. A counter sheet carrying the same answers

The pages condensed into a printed sheet and a set of WhatsApp replies your floor staff use word for word.

Result: Every buyer hears the same figure, whoever is on the floor.

  6. A monthly look at what buyers are asking

Questions arriving on WhatsApp, in comments and at the counter collected each month and turned into the next pages.

Result: The site answers what buyers are asking now.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Questions buyers ask first

What a family or an architect asks before choosing tiles and bathware, and the page that answers it.

What is the difference between ceramic, vitrified and porcelain?
A types page in plain words. Cover double charge, full body and glazed vitrified tiles, water absorption, and where each is used. Say which you would recommend for a floor and which for a wall.
How should the tile be fixed, and with what?
A fixing page. Compare tile adhesive with cement mortar, state the grout joint, spacers and expansion joints, and add a one-page note the mason can follow at the site.
Will the next box match the shade?
A batch page. Explain batch number, shade and size variation, why the whole quantity is bought at once, and how to check the box labels at delivery. It also protects you from disputes.
Can I see how it looks in my room?
A sample page. Offer a sample tile on loan, photographs in real rooms of different sizes, and notes on how lighting changes the colour. Show the display, not the catalogue.
What if tiles arrive broken or the count is wrong?
A delivery page. Say how boxes are counted at delivery, what is accepted, how to report breakage with a photograph, and what the dealer replaces.
Which CP fittings last, and what is the difference?
A bathware page on brass, zinc and plastic bodies, finishes, cartridges, and what the warranty covers. Add a note on water pressure so the buyer picks a fitting that suits the building.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the content marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does a tile dealer need a blog?
Not a blog of news. You need about a dozen pages answering what is asked at the display every day, and those pages last for years. Anything past that is writing for its own sake.
The brands give us catalogue text. Can we use it?
Use the specifications, not the copy. Every dealer in the city has the same paragraphs, so a search engine has no reason to pick you. The part that is yours is how it looked laid in a house here.
Can we use the brand's visualiser or photographs?
Check the brand's terms before copying. Photographs of your own display and of installed jobs, taken with the client's consent, are yours and usually beat catalogue images, because buyers can see the tile in a real room.
Should we list prices on the range pages?
Show a price only with a date and a note that it depends on the batch and the size. Where it changes often, show a starting price. Buyers who see none assume the dealer is hiding something.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
