Corporate gifting and gift businesses · Website

Show an HR manager a page they can forward to the approver.

A website for a corporate gifting business is the page an HR or admin buyer opens to judge whether you can deliver gifts for their people. GullySales shapes it around budgets, occasions, proof of past work and an easy way to send a brief.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For corporate gifting and gift businesses

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search by occasion and budget, not by product”

They look for Diwali gifts for employees or welcome kits for new joiners. A site organised by product type, with five hundred items on one grid, makes the buyer do the sorting that a proposal should have done.

  • “The site has to survive being forwarded”

The first reader is rarely the approver. If the pages are clear on what is offered, how branding works and how an order proceeds, the forwarded link answers the next person's questions without a call.

  • “Proof is the missing section”

Buyers want to see gifts you have made for other firms. Photographs of branded work, with the client's permission, and a plain description of the process do more than a claim of quality.

  • “The enquiry form asks too much or too little”

A form with ten fields loses the busy admin executive. A form with only a name gets a brief you cannot act on. Asking quantity, date and budget range is enough to start a sensible reply.

What we do

What we deliver for corporate gifting and gift businesses.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Pages for each occasion and buyer need

Diwali gifts, client gifts, welcome kits, festive hampers and custom branding, each with options by budget range.

Result: A buyer lands on a page that matches the brief.

  2. A clear branding and ordering page

What can be branded, artwork needs, proof approval, production stages and delivery, in plain steps.

Result: The next person who reads it has fewer questions.

  3. A gallery of past work

Photographs of delivered gifts with the client's consent, grouped by occasion.

Result: The buyer sees what finished work looks like.

  4. A short brief form

Fields for company, quantity, date, budget and occasion, feeding the CRM and sending an acknowledgement.

Result: Briefs arrive with enough detail to qualify.

  5. A vendor information page

Company details, GST registration, payment terms and a downloadable pack for procurement.

Result: Registration starts without waiting for documents.

  6. Search basics and page speed

Titles, descriptions, headings and image sizes set so the pages can be found and open on a phone.

Result: The site is readable on a mobile connection.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these corporate gifting and gift businesses.

  • Corporate gifting companies and B2B gift suppliers
  • Promotional merchandise and branded product makers
  • Employee welcome kit and swag providers
  • Festive hamper and dry fruit gift makers
  • Gift shops and gift stores
  • Personalised and custom gift makers
  • Handicraft and artisan gift suppliers
  • Online gifting businesses and gift delivery services

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have no photographs of your finished gifts, so the site would carry stock images and lose the buyer
  • Your buyers come through vendor lists and marketplace listings, where the website is rarely opened
  • Nobody can answer a form enquiry during the festival window, and a better form would collect unanswered ones

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show prices on the website?
Show a range or a starting price per piece for each budget band, since the buyer thinks in budget per head. Final prices depend on quantity and branding, so say that plainly and invite a brief.
Do we need an online shop as well?
Only if you sell to individuals or small orders. A corporate buyer needs a quotation and a purchase order, so a proposal route matters more than a cart. Some businesses run both on one site.
Can we use client logos on the site?
Only with the client's permission. Ask when the order is delivered and keep the approval on file. Photographs of the gifts without a logo are a safe alternative.
Should the site list minimum order quantities?
Yes, by product. A buyer planning gifts for a team needs to know at once if a product suits their numbers, and the quantity is a real production limit. Hiding it wastes a sample request. State the quantity with the branding method it applies to.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
