Computer and mobile repair shops · Local SEO

Show up on the map when someone nearby has a dead phone and wants it fixed today.

Local SEO for a computer or mobile repair shop is the work of making the shop appear in Google Maps and local results when a person nearby searches for a repair. Most walk-ins come from the map, not from the site. GullySales sets up the Business Profile, the local pages and the listings, and keeps the shop's details the same everywhere.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For computer and mobile repair shops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The listing has no right category”

A shop listed as a store, not a mobile phone repair shop or a computer repair service, is not shown for repair searches.

  • “Old and duplicate listings confuse the map”

A shop that moved or changed its name leaves earlier entries. Google shows the wrong address and the customer walks to a closed door.

  • “A rival shop fills the map with fake entries”

Some shops list many addresses or add keywords to their names. Reporting them takes patience and proof, and does not always work.

What we do

What we deliver for computer and mobile repair shops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Claim and complete the Business Profile

The right category, services, timings, photographs, phone and WhatsApp number, filled in carefully.

Result: The shop appears with complete, correct details.

  2. Services and products on the profile

A list of repairs you do and the brands you handle, as it is on your real price board.

Result: A customer sees the repair he needs.

  3. Duplicate and old listing clean-up

A check for old listings under earlier names and addresses, with a request to merge or remove.

Result: The map shows one shop, in the right place.

  4. Photographs and review replies

Fresh photographs of the shop and bench, and a reply to each review.

Result: The profile looks active and trusted.

  5. Name, address and phone consistency

One spelling of the name and address on every listing and page.

Result: Google trusts that the shop is where it says.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What Google weighs here

How Google decides which repair shop to show, and what to do about each part.

Relevance: the category and services
Choose the right primary category, such as mobile phone repair shop, and add the services you really offer. Do not stuff the name with keywords, since Google may refuse it.
Distance: the pin and the service area
Place the pin on the shop door, not at the road. If you offer pickup and drop, add the areas you serve. Google weighs distance from the searcher, which you cannot change.
Prominence: reviews, photographs and mentions
Reviews with real details, fresh photographs and listings on known directories show Google the shop is active. Reply to every review in the reviewer's language.
The directories that matter in India
Keep JustDial, Sulekha and IndiaMART listings matched with your profile, and list on any local market directory. Do not pay for listings you do not need.
Name, address and phone consistency
Write the name, floor, building, street and phone the same way everywhere. Mismatches such as old and new numbers weaken trust in the listing.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What if my shop is inside a mall or a market with many similar shops?
Include the floor, the shop number and a landmark in the address, and use photographs of the entrance. Customers in busy markets look at the map to find a specific shop, so exact details matter.
Can I list my shop if I only visit customers?
If you have no shop customers can enter, you are a service-area business. Hide the address, set the areas you serve and follow Google's current guidelines. Pretending to be a shop can lead to a suspension.
A rival has listed a fake shop near me. What can I do?
Report it through Google's channels with evidence such as a photograph of the empty address. It may take time and may not succeed. Keep your own profile complete and active in the meantime.
Can two shops of the same owner share one profile?
No. Each visitable shop needs its own profile with its own address and phone. Using the same details for both can lead to one being suspended. Follow Google's current guidelines on branches.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
