Data analytics companies · Website

Let a visitor see a finished dashboard in their own function within one click.

A website for an analytics firm is the place a buyer judges whether the work is real, so it must show samples, questions answered and the data a project needs. GullySales works on page structure, sample screens and the enquiry path.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For data analytics companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page lists services, not questions”

A row of words such as analytics, BI and AI tells the owner little. A home page that names the questions you answer, by function, lets a visitor find their own problem and click through.

  • “Samples are hidden behind a form”

Asking for a name before showing any work loses the visitor who only wanted to look. Let a sample screen be seen freely, and ask for details when the visitor wants the full report.

  • “The about page hides the people”

A buyer handing over business records wants to know who will see them. Naming the real team, with their background, builds trust faster than a line about passion for data.

  • “Data safety is left unsaid”

A finance head wonders where the files go and who can open them. A short plain page on how client data is handled, kept honest and checked by you, removes a doubt that stops enquiries.

What we do

What we deliver for data analytics companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Use-case navigation

A menu and home page arranged by function and question, so each visitor finds their own.

Result: A visitor reaches a relevant page in one click.

  2. Sample dashboard gallery

A gallery of finished screens on invented data, each with the question, the data needed and the decision it supports.

Result: A buyer sees what they would receive before any call.

  3. Team and approach pages

Pages that name the people, describe how a project runs and state what the client provides.

Result: A buyer knows who they will work with and what is asked of them.

  4. Data handling statement

A plain page on how client data is stored, who sees it and what happens at the end of a project.

Result: The approver finds an answer without asking.

  5. Enquiry path with context

A form that asks for the question, the systems and the role, with a confirmation that says what happens next.

Result: Each enquiry arrives ready for a useful first call.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a case study section?
Yes, written around the question and the decision, not the tools. Add them as permission is given, and use samples until then.
Should the site mention our tools?
Name them lower on each page, where a technical or finance reader looks for them. Lead with the business question the page answers.
How often should the site be updated?
Whenever a service, a sample or a team detail changes. An out-of-date page is worse than a short one, so review the site against your services on a set date each year.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
