Domain service providers · Website

Make the search box the start of a page that explains price, renewal and who to call.

A website for a domain provider is more than a search box: it carries the price table, the transfer guide and the routes for agencies and companies. GullySales plans and writes those pages and the order in which a buyer meets them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For domain service providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The search result is the real landing page”

A buyer sees whether the name is free and what it costs. If the result page hides the renewal price or adds charges at checkout, trust is lost at the last step.

  • “Different buyers need different doors”

A first-time owner, an agency and a company with many names should each find a clear link on the home page, not a single checkout for all.

  • “Trust signals must be real”

A new buyer looks for a company name, an address and a way to reach a person. Show those facts accurately, and add nothing you cannot support.

  • “Speed on a phone matters”

Owners search for a name on a phone while talking to a designer or an adviser. A slow or crowded result page loses them before the price is read.

What we do

What we deliver for domain service providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Search result page review

A review of what the buyer sees after a search, covering price, renewal, extras and the next step.

Result: The result shows first-year and renewal prices together.

  2. Price and renewal table

A table kept in step with your price list, with included items and extras shown separately.

Result: No charge first appears at checkout.

  3. Entry pages for each buyer

Home page links and landing pages for new owners, agencies and corporate portfolios.

Result: Each buyer type reaches a page written for them.

  4. Contact and trust page

A page stating who runs the company, how to reach support and what a transfer involves.

Result: A buyer can find a person and a process before paying.

  5. Phone check

A review of the search and checkout steps on a phone, with the changes listed in order.

Result: The list shows where a phone user is likely to stop.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we rebuild the whole site?
Not before we know where buyers stop. We start with the search result, the price page and the entry pages, and rebuild further only if the existing structure blocks them.
Can the site show our reseller terms?
Yes, if you want them public. Some providers show a summary and ask the agency to enquire for the terms. We write whichever you choose and keep the figures to those you supply.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
