ERP and enterprise software implementation partners · Lead generation

Find the plants and finance heads that have already approved an ERP budget.

Lead generation for an ERP partner means reaching companies that have decided to replace Tally, spreadsheets or an old system, before the vendor hands out names. GullySales builds the lists, the vendor and adviser channels and the record of which source produced each opportunity.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For ERP and enterprise software implementation partners

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers settle on the software before they meet a partner”

By the time a plant calls an implementer, the CFO has chosen SAP Business One, Dynamics or Odoo. The leads worth chasing are companies still weighing the system, so the first contact has to arrive earlier.

  • “The vendor account manager decides who gets the call”

A solution consultant at the software vendor passes two or three names to a buyer. A partner who has never briefed that person on recent go-lives is not one of them.

  • “Trigger events are visible and ignored”

A new plant, a GST notice, a fresh funding round or a group company merger each force a rethink of finance systems. Firms that read these signals reach the CFO first.

  • “A general list wastes the founders' hours”

Cold calls to every manufacturer in an industrial estate reach owners who have no budget. A list built around size, entity count and current system reaches people with a real problem.

What we do

What we deliver for ERP and enterprise software implementation partners.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An ideal customer profile by industry and size

A written profile covering turnover band, number of plants or entities, current software and the roles on the buying committee.

Result: The team knows which companies to pursue and which to leave.

  2. A trigger-based prospect list

Companies showing a new plant, a funding event, a group restructure or a hiring post for a finance systems role, recorded with the source.

Result: Outreach starts from a reason the buyer recognises.

  3. Vendor and adviser referral routes

A plan to brief solution consultants at the software vendor and the chartered accountants and consultants who advise growing companies.

Result: Introductions come from people who already hold the buyer's trust.

  4. A qualifying call script

Questions on current software, entities, integrations, budget owner and decision committee, asked in a fixed order.

Result: Opportunities are sorted before a demo is booked.

  5. Source tagging on every opportunity

Each enquiry marked with where it began, from vendor, adviser, event, LinkedIn or portal.

Result: You can see which route produces signed projects.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need leads from vendors or direct outreach?
Both. Vendor leads arrive when the buyer has already chosen a system. Direct outreach reaches companies earlier, when the partner can shape the choice.
How do we qualify a lead without a long demo?
Ask about entities, plants, current software and who signs. A lead with no named budget owner or an unclear scope can wait until those answers exist.
Are event leads worth the cost?
They are, when each conversation is recorded with a next step. A badge scan without a note about the buyer's system and plant size does not become a proposal.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
