ERP and enterprise software implementation partners · Digital marketing

Spend where the finance head looks, and stop spending where the owner does not.

Digital marketing for an ERP partner is the choice of channels that reach committees: search, LinkedIn, email and webinars. GullySales sets a plan that matches the long, committee-led sale.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For ERP and enterprise software implementation partners

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Reach is worth little without the right role”

Clicks from students and job seekers are common on ERP terms. A campaign must filter for finance and IT heads at companies of the right size.

  • “The sale is long and one ad does not close it”

A buyer takes in several touches across weeks. A plan built on a single ad and a form fails to follow the buyer.

  • “Channels are chosen by habit”

A firm that always ran Google Ads continues to do so without checking which channel produced signed projects.

  • “Webinars are run without a follow-up”

An attendee list with no next step is an expense. Each attendee should receive a note and a route to a call.

What we do

What we deliver for ERP and enterprise software implementation partners.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan matched to the committee

A written plan of search, LinkedIn, email and events, with the audience for each.

Result: Spend goes to channels with a purpose.

  2. Search ads on narrow terms

Campaigns for product plus industry searches, with exclusions that keep out job seekers.

Result: Spend reaches buyers, not students.

  3. LinkedIn campaigns to a named list

Campaigns to finance and IT heads at selected companies, with a clear offer.

Result: The right roles see the firm.

  4. Webinar and event follow-up

A sequence for attendees with a summary, a reference and a call to book.

Result: Event interest is turned into conversations.

  5. Reporting to signed projects

A report tying each channel to opportunities and wins, not clicks.

Result: The firm can see what produced revenue.

  6. Project-page promotion

Each delivered project page promoted to the matching audience: a pharma project to quality and finance heads in pharma, a distribution project to owners of trading firms, with a link to request a reference call.

Result: Proof reaches the industry it belongs to.

  7. Partner-led events

A joint session with the software vendor's local team or an industry association for finance heads, with a registration page, a reminder and a post-event note for each attendee.

Result: Events bring named people, not anonymous clicks.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Where should a small partner start?
With a good site, a narrow search campaign for one system in one industry and a plan for LinkedIn. Add webinars once the basics produce replies. Choose the system and industry where the firm has delivered most, since proof carries a narrow search.
How do we judge a channel?
By opportunities and signed projects from it, over a period long enough for the sale cycle. Clicks and form fills alone can mislead. Mark deals that began as a referral separately, so search is not credited for a project a vendor introduced.
Do we need an agency?
Only if the in-house team cannot run the channels or measure results. Brief any agency on committees and long cycles first. Ask what the agency will report: signed projects traced to its work, not impressions.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
