IT infrastructure companies · Digital marketing

Put search, the website, chat and email to work on the projects you most want to win.

Digital marketing for an IT infrastructure company is the combined use of search, paid ads, the website, email and chat to reach buyers at a refresh, a move or an outage. GullySales works on the plan that connects each channel to the quotation and survey your team handles.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For IT infrastructure companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels need a project to point at”

Running search ads for servers without saying which project you want leaves the budget chasing the cheapest click. Pick the work that suits your engineers, such as branch cabling or server room refresh, and aim each channel at it.

  • “Paid search suits the urgent buyer”

A person with an outage or a move date searches and acts. Ads for those searches, sent to a page with a phone number and a survey request, reach a buyer who is ready. Ads for general technology terms reach browsers.

  • “Email still carries the quotation”

IT buyers send quotations to finance by email. A short campaign to past customers about refresh cycles, maintenance and new offers reaches the people who already know you, and costs little to follow up.

  • “Without a record, spend cannot be judged”

If enquiries are not tagged by source, nobody knows whether search, referral or a partner event brought the order. The owner then cuts the wrong thing. A source field in the CRM is the cheapest fix.

What we do

What we deliver for IT infrastructure companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan

A one-page plan listing which channels serve which project type, who owns each and what the next step is for an enquiry.

Result: The team can see the plan on a single page.

  2. Google Ads set-up for urgent searches

Campaigns for outage, move and refresh searches in your service areas, sent to matching pages.

Result: Ad clicks land on a page built for that search.

  3. Email programme to past customers

Short emails on refresh, warranty and maintenance sent to customers who agreed to hear from you.

Result: Existing customers hear from you at the right moment.

  4. Landing pages and tracking

Pages for each campaign with call and form tracking, tied to the CRM source field.

Result: Each enquiry shows where it came from.

  5. Partner co-marketing

A routine for joint events and material with your makers, within their brand and funds rules.

Result: Partner marketing supports your own pipeline.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should we start with a small budget?
Start with the page and the follow-up routine, because they decide whether any traffic becomes an order. Add paid search for urgent searches once the enquiry route is tested.
Can we claim OEM marketing funds?
Some makers run co-operative programmes with their own rules and proof requirements. Ask your partner manager what applies and keep the invoices and creative the programme asks for.
How do we judge which channel works?
Tag every enquiry with its source and record the outcome of each quotation. Review the register with the owner and move effort to the sources that bring projects you want.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
