IT services and networking companies · Pay per click advertising

Catch the office whose server died this morning and cannot wait.

Paid search for an IT firm buys the emergency. Someone whose files are locked or whose network is down searches once, calls the first firm that answers, and that call often becomes a contract. GullySales runs those campaigns inside your engineers' hours and travel radius, and logs every call that comes from them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend against enquiries received.

For IT services and networking companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The advert is only worth what your phone does with it”

A missed call at eleven in the morning is money spent on a competitor's contract, so the campaign runs when someone is there to pick up.

  • “Your keywords pull in home users and job seekers”

Laptop repair, computer course, IT company jobs and CCTV price for home all cost the same click as a 40-seat office.

  • “Bid only as far as your van goes”

Promising a two-hour response and advertising across the whole city are two different decisions, and one of them makes the other a lie.

What we do

What we deliver for IT services and networking companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An emergency campaign with the number in the advert

Search ads for server down, network not working, files locked and similar terms, with call buttons and a number that rings the engineer on duty.

Result: The firm that answers first is yours.

  2. Ad hours matched to the people on duty

Campaigns scheduled to the hours your team actually answers, with a separate decision about after-hours advertising if you want to take those calls.

Result: You stop paying for clicks that reach a closed office.

  3. A radius set by travel time, not by city

Targeting drawn around the areas an engineer can reach inside the response time you promise, with the busiest corridors given their own budget.

Result: Enquiries come from offices you can actually serve.

  4. A negative list built from the first month of searches

Home user, course, jobs, salary, free software, second-hand and the consumer camera searches, added from the search terms report rather than guessed once.

Result: The budget goes to businesses.

  5. A landing page that answers in one screen

Response time, the areas covered, the brands supported and a phone number at the top, written for a person standing next to a dead server.

Result: The click turns into a call instead of a back button.

  6. Every call logged as an enquiry

Call tracking on the campaign number, with each call written into the enquiry record along with the site, the fault and whether it became a contract.

Result: You know what an AMC from advertising really costs.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches to bid on and block

The searches an office manager types when something breaks, and the ones from people who just want a job.

IT support and AMC for office, plus the city or area
Bid. An office owner who types this wants a vendor for the whole system. Say which areas you visit and what the support covers, so a home user or a distant business does not click.
Network down, Wi-Fi not working, server problem
Bid on a small, separate campaign shown on working hours. These people want an answer now. Use a call button and say who picks up, since an unanswered call loses the click to the next firm.
LAN cabling, structured cabling and firewall installation
Bid, with a page for each. The buyer is a business moving or opening a branch. Ask the number of nodes and floors on the form, which is what you need to start a quote.
IT jobs, networking course and CCNA training
Block. Freshers and students type networking words constantly. Add job, vacancy, course, training, CCNA, certification, salary and interview as negatives.
Where the click lands
Send each click to the matching service page with the areas you cover and a short form that asks office size and current problem. Do not send a cabling click to the home page.
Counting a real enquiry
Count a call from a business, a form that names a site and number of users, or a WhatsApp message with a fault. Log them with the service, and mark which ones led to a site visit.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the pay per click advertising work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the total budget

We agree the full paid advertising budget available across all platforms, rather than planning each one separately.

  2. 2

    Audit current platform performance

We compare existing campaigns on a shared basis to see where the budget currently performs best and worst.

  3. 3

    Build the cross-platform plan

Campaigns are structured across platforms with a shared measurement standard from the outset.

  4. 4

    Implement and monitor

Campaigns run with budget allocated dynamically based on real-time performance.

  5. 5

    Measure and reallocate

We report performance and shift budget toward what is working, within agreed limits.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Nobody searches for an AMC. Can ads still sell one?
Sell the incident first. The contract conversation happens the week after you fixed something at midnight, and the advert is what got you that midnight.
Should we advertise camera installation?
Only for commercial sites, and say so in the advert. Home camera searches are cheap to click and rarely worth an engineer's visit.
Should we advertise IT support on the weekend?
Check your own cover first. A paid click at the weekend is wasted if nobody picks up. If you have a duty engineer, run a small call button campaign for outages, otherwise limit adverts to hours when someone answers the phone.
Can we use Meta ads instead of Google for office IT?
Meta suits later work such as reminding people who visited your AMC page. For a business with a fault or a new branch, Google search catches the moment of need. Start there, and judge by site visits booked.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
