Networking equipment suppliers · Digital marketing

Choose the few online routes that reach integrators, installers and IT heads.

Digital marketing for a networking supplier is the combined use of search, ads, email, social media and your website to reach buyers who order equipment. GullySales builds a plan around the buyers you serve, and funds only the routes that bring quotable enquiries.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For networking equipment suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Search is where a model-number buyer starts”

A buyer with a list looks up the model and the word price. Paid search and well-built catalogue pages meet that buyer; a social campaign does not. Start where the intent is already stated. Your page has to match the model or need, not just the brand.

  • “Ads for the whole market waste the budget”

Showing an advert to everyone interested in networking reaches students and hobbyists as well as installers. Narrow the campaign by product, city and buyer type, and send it to a page that fits the search.

  • “Email still reaches the purchaser”

Institutional buyers and larger integrators read email, and a short message works well. A message with a new model, stock list or tender-season notice sent to a clean list gets read by the person who raises the order.

  • “Marketplaces and your own site work together”

IndiaMART and similar listings bring requests, and your own website carries trust. Buyers check your site after finding you elsewhere, so a thin site undoes the marketplace work. Check that both show the same stock, address and brands, and that enquiries from either land in one record.

What we do

What we deliver for networking equipment suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan by buyer

A plan that assigns search, marketplace, email, social and outreach to the buyer type each one reaches.

Result: Spending follows the buyers who order, not the channels that are fashionable.

  2. Search ad campaigns

Campaigns by product type and city, with ad text that names the use and a landing page for each.

Result: Each ad leads to a page about the thing searched.

  3. Marketplace profile review

A check of how your listings read, which products are shown and how enquiries are answered.

Result: Your listings match your stock and your reply routine.

  4. Email list and messages

A cleaned buyer list and a set of templates for stock news and project notices.

Result: Existing buyers hear from you with something worth reading.

  5. Source and cost tracking

A record of which route each enquiry came from and what was spent on it.

Result: You can compare routes by orders, not just enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small supplier spend first?
Search for the models and uses you stock, plus a look at the marketplace listing. Add other routes when enquiries from the first ones are being answered well.
Is video worth making for networking hardware?
Short videos of unboxing, rack work or explaining a setup suit installers and direct buyers. They are useful where you can show the product, and are not a substitute for search and quotes.
How do we know digital marketing is paying for itself?
Compare spend and effort against orders by source, using the enquiry register. Enquiries alone can mislead, so we track how many reached a quote and an invoice.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
