Networking equipment suppliers · WhatsApp marketing

Use the chat your buyers already send lists on to send stock news back.

WhatsApp marketing for a networking supplier covers how rate requests are received and answered, and how stock news reaches the buyers who want it. GullySales sets up the business account, quote format and broadcast habit, and asks you to check the platform's current rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For networking equipment suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The rate request already lives on WhatsApp”

Integrators send a model list as a message, and a reply in minutes wins attention. Treating the number as a personal phone, with no business profile or catalogue, wastes the channel your buyers chose. A profile, a greeting and a catalogue make it look like a business.

  • “A broadcast without permission becomes noise”

Sending offers to every number in a phone book annoys installers and risks the account. A list of buyers who asked for updates, grouped by what they buy, keeps the messages welcome. Record who agreed, and let anyone leave the list without a fuss.

  • “A quote in a chat is hard to find later”

A rate sent in a long thread is lost within days. A fixed quote format with date, models, quantity, GST and validity gives the buyer something to forward and your team something to search. The format also lets your own team compare quotes to the same buyer.

  • “Group chats with installers blur the line”

A group where prices are discussed in front of competitors does not suit a supplier. One-to-one chats and a controlled broadcast keep rates between you and each buyer. Agree this with your team before the first broadcast goes out. Keep the rates private.

What we do

What we deliver for networking equipment suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business account set-up

Profile, catalogue of product types, hours, a greeting message and saved replies for common questions.

Result: A new buyer sees a business profile instead of a personal number.

  2. Quote message format

A standard layout for model lists, quantities, rate, GST, delivery and validity.

Result: Each quote is clear, complete and easy to forward.

  3. Opt-in broadcast lists

Lists grouped by buyer type, such as CCTV installers or school integrators, with a record of consent.

Result: Stock news goes to the people who asked for it and are likely to use it.

  4. Stock-news message templates

Short wordings for new arrivals, price changes and back-in-stock models, with a simple way to reply with a quantity.

Result: A message prompts an order reply without a phone call.

  5. Chat-to-record routine

A habit of logging each rate request in the CRM from the chat, with an owner.

Result: No request sits only in a phone's chat history.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers to all our contacts?
Send them to buyers who have agreed to receive updates, and check the platform's current rules before any bulk sending. Starting with a small opted-in list is safer and works better.
Should one number handle all rate requests?
A shared business number with more than one person logged in suits a busy counter. Agree who answers which request, so a buyer is not quoted twice with different rates.
Can WhatsApp take payments or orders?
Treat it as the place the order is agreed, and raise the invoice and take payment through your usual billing. We set up the confirmation message so the details are written down.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
