Server management companies · Digital marketing

Join search, partners and outreach into one route from a server fault to a signed contract.

Digital marketing for a server management company is the whole path from an owner noticing a fault to your engineer answering and a care contract following. GullySales ties search, ads, partner referrals and outreach to one call log, so you can see which route brings the contracts.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For server management companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Rescue and care need different channels”

Search and ads suit the emergency. Partner referrals and direct outreach suit the planned handover. Treating them as one campaign hides which spend is working and which is waiting for a crisis.

  • “An ad that cannot be answered is waste”

A paid click in an outage leads to a phone. If it rings out, the budget is spent and the owner goes to the next listing. Cover the hours you advertise, or advertise only when you can answer.

  • “Measure contracts, not clicks”

Visits and form fills are easy to count and say little. What matters is how many enquiries turned into care contracts and how many renewed. Tracking must run to that end.

  • “Reputation is read before the call”

Owners look at reviews and at what developers say about you. A handful of specific, honest reviews from willing clients outweighs a long list of general praise.

What we do

What we deliver for server management companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan

A written plan setting out which routes serve rescue and which serve planned care, with a single call log.

Result: The plan names each channel's purpose and how it is measured.

  2. Search ads for emergency terms

Narrow keyword groups for urgent faults, with matching pages and a call extension.

Result: Every ad group links to a page about that fault.

  3. Partner and outreach support

Introduction notes and a referral log for developers, hosts and agencies.

Result: Each partner has a note and a record of servers sent.

  4. A review request routine

A polite request sent to willing clients after a successful job, without payment or pressure.

Result: Requests go out only to clients who agreed to be asked.

  5. A source-to-contract report

A report joining enquiry source to contract and renewal.

Result: You can read which source produced each paying client.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should the first budget go?
To the pages and call handling that already exist, then to the channel with the clearest record of contracts. We do not suggest a figure; your call log shows what to extend.
Do we need a marketing person in-house?
Not to begin. Someone must own the call log and answer leads. GullySales handles the writing and set-up, and your team keeps the responses and the relationships.
Is paid search worth it for emergencies?
For narrow, urgent queries it can be, because the buyer is ready to call. Keep the keyword list tight, watch cost per contract and check the ad platform's current rules.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
