Wi-Fi solution providers · Content marketing

Write the page that explains why the third floor drops signal, and the survey follows.

Content marketing for a Wi-Fi solution provider is writing the guides, project stories and checklists an owner reads while deciding whether a survey is worth booking. GullySales works on choosing the topics, drafting them from your engineers' knowledge and placing them where owners will find them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For wi-Fi solution providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Your engineers hold the best material”

The person who has walked every kind of corridor knows why concrete, mirrors and metal shelving kill signal. That knowledge never reaches a page, and the owner meets only a services list.

  • “The owner needs a way to judge you”

Because the buyer cannot judge an access point, they judge your explanation. A clear guide on what a site survey includes lets them see whether you are thorough before the first visit.

  • “Project stories answer the question of risk”

A short account of a hospital ward or a warehouse floor, with the problem and the fix, tells a nervous owner that someone like them was served. It sits better than a list of brands.

  • “Content has to feed the sales call”

A checklist the owner can download before the survey, or a one-page explanation of what happens after the quote, makes the call shorter and the decision more informed.

What we do

What we deliver for wi-Fi solution providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A topic list from real enquiries

A set of article ideas drawn from the questions owners ask on first calls and surveys.

Result: Each article answers something a buyer has asked.

  2. Guides for each property type

Plain explanations for hotels, campuses, hospitals and warehouses of what causes poor Wi-Fi and what a design involves.

Result: Owners get a guide written for their kind of building.

  3. Project write-ups

Short accounts of completed sites with the problem, the design choices and the map, with permission.

Result: You have real work to point to in proposals.

  4. A survey explainer and checklist

A page and a printable list showing what happens on survey day and what the owner should prepare.

Result: Survey visits start with an informed owner.

  5. A reuse plan across channels

Each piece cut into posts, proposal inserts and answers for the sales team.

Result: One piece of writing is used in several places.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who writes it, us or you?
Your engineers supply the facts, and we write and edit them into readable pages. You approve each piece before it goes live.
Should we publish technical white papers?
Only if your buyers read them. Hotel and school owners want plain explanations. A technical paper suits consultants and large campus tenders, and can be added there.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
