Wi-Fi solution providers · Local SEO

Be the installer the hotel next door recommends and the map shows first.

Local SEO for a Wi-Fi solution provider is the work of appearing in map and city searches when a property owner nearby wants a survey or a support visit. GullySales works on the listing, the service areas and the proof of local work behind that result.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For wi-Fi solution providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Support is a distance question”

A hotel in peak season will not choose a provider whose engineer is a long drive away. The listing and the pages must show which cities and districts you can reach, because response time is part of what is being bought.

  • “Owners ask each other before they search”

A manager at one hotel recommends the installer to another down the road. A listing with real project photographs and reviews from local properties turns that conversation into an enquiry.

  • “Reviews come from the facilities head, not the guests”

The person who can say you fixed the third floor is the manager or the IT lead. Ask for the review at handover, while the signal is still the good news, and name the kind of property.

  • “A head office address hides the real service area”

Listing a single office while serving several towns leaves the other towns unseen. Service areas, city pages and project examples from each town show where you actually work.

What we do

What we deliver for wi-Fi solution providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A verified and complete listing

Business type, services, service areas, hours and the support line entered correctly and kept consistent with the website.

Result: The listing matches what you do and where you work.

  2. City and district pages

A page for each town you serve, with local projects and the property types found there.

Result: Each town you serve has a page that names it.

  3. Project photographs with place and property type

Images of racks, access point positions and coverage maps, with the property named where allowed.

Result: Searchers see work done near them.

  4. A review request at handover

A message sent to the facilities head or owner when the network is accepted, with the review link ready.

Result: New reviews come from people who own the building.

  5. Direction, call and website counts recorded

The listing's own figures noted before the work and read again afterwards.

Result: You can see whether the listing brings contact.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a shopfront to appear on the map?
A service-area business can be listed without a shopfront, hiding the address if it is a home or a warehouse. Check the platform's current rules on how to do this for your setup.
Can we show work for clients who do not want to be named?
Yes. Describe the property type and the town, and use the coverage map without the client's name. Ask for written permission before naming anyone.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
