Wi-Fi solution providers · Website

Build a site where a hotel manager sees a building like theirs within one scroll.

A website for a Wi-Fi solution provider is the page an owner opens after a recommendation to decide whether you understand their kind of property. GullySales works on the structure, the proof and the survey request so the site does the first meeting's work.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For wi-Fi solution providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is checking, not browsing”

A friend gave your name, and the owner opens the site to confirm you are real and relevant. A home page of generic claims wastes that check, while a page naming their property type passes it.

  • “Property-type pages carry the weight”

Hotels, campuses, hospitals and warehouses each need a page that opens with their problem, shows a matching project and ends with a survey request. One page for all of them serves none.

  • “Maps and photographs are the proof”

A coverage map, a tidy rack and a corridor test show work done properly. Stock images of glowing routers say nothing about you and tell the owner you have nothing to show.

  • “A phone visitor needs a simple route”

Owners open the site on a phone between meetings. A tap-to-call button, a WhatsApp link and a short survey form that works on a small screen decide whether the visit becomes an enquiry.

What we do

What we deliver for wi-Fi solution providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built on buyer questions

Pages arranged by property type and problem, with clear paths to projects and the survey request.

Result: A visitor reaches the right page in one step.

  2. Property-type pages with project proof

One page per property type, each carrying a real project, a map and the questions that owner asks.

Result: Each owner sees work like their own.

  3. A survey request form

A short form asking property type, location and the complaint, built for a phone.

Result: Each request arrives with what you need to qualify it.

  4. Support contract page

A page explaining what the contract covers, how to raise a fault and who responds.

Result: Buyers see the service behind the install.

  5. Speed and mobile checks

Loading time, layout and contact buttons tested on common phones.

Result: The site works where owners open it.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
Review the old one first. If the structure suits property-type pages and the platform allows edits, add to it. If not, rebuild only what is needed.
Should we list prices?
Give guidance on what shapes the cost, such as area, floors and users, and ask for a survey for the figure. A fixed price without a visit would mislead and does not suit a custom design.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
