Mobile phone repair services · Local SEO

Win the three map results for the street where a cracked screen happens.

Local SEO for a repair shop is the work of appearing in the map results for people standing near the shop with a broken phone. GullySales works on the listing, the hours, the review flow and the questions the profile should answer before the customer calls.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For mobile phone repair services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The customer picks from the map, not from a page”

With a damaged phone, a person opens Maps and looks at the three results. The stars, the photos and the distance decide. A shop outside those three is invisible however good the work is.

  • “Stock questions fill the phone line”

The call a repair shop gets is whether a screen for a certain model is in. If the listing already lists the models and the grades, those calls turn into visits, and the counter spends time on those who arrive.

  • “Reviews are read for the failure story”

A customer scans the lowest reviews to see how the shop handled a screen that failed. A written reply that names the warranty and what was done reads better than silence, and decides the hesitant caller.

  • “A kiosk and a shop share a pitfall”

Shops inside malls or markets are hard to reach with a map pin. The customer arrives at the building and cannot find the counter. Floor, shop number and a photograph of the entrance cut those lost visits.

What we do

What we deliver for mobile phone repair services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A verified, complete listing

Name, address, hours, phone and services entered correctly, with the repair types you offer listed by name.

Result: The profile matches the counter.

  2. A photo set of the counter and bench

Photographs of the shop front, the entrance, the bench and the part-grade card, with no customer phones or screens visible.

Result: A stranger can find the door and trust the bench.

  3. Models and grades in the description

A written list of the makes you repair and the grades you stock, in plain words, kept current as models change.

Result: Stock questions are answered before the call.

  4. A review ask at the counter

A QR card or a link handed over when the repaired phone is returned, while the customer is still testing the screen.

Result: New reviews come from real, recent customers.

  5. Replies to every review

Written answers, including to a complaint about a failed part, stating what the warranty covers and what the shop did.

Result: A reader sees the problem dealt with in public.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

Make the map profile answer the cracked-screen question before the phone call.

Repairs listed as services
Screen, battery, charging port, water damage and software. Each as a line on the profile, so the customer sees you do the job.
Models you repair
The popular makes in the description. It cuts the calls that begin with whether you can fix a particular phone.
Part grade and warranty line
Say which grades you fit and what warranty each carries. The customer who reads the failure stories in other shops' reviews looks for this.
Photos of the bench
The counter, the technician at work and a screen going on, with no customer's phone in view. Real work photos show a shop that repairs.
Kiosk location detail
Mall floor, gate and shop number for a kiosk. A customer who cannot find the kiosk inside a mall will go to the nearest one.
Replies to reviews
Name the repair, thank the reviewer and give the shop's side on a poor one. Readers check how the shop handles a failure.

Who it is for

This is written for these mobile phone repair services.

  • Counter-style mobile repair kiosks in malls and markets
  • Neighbourhood mobile shops that repair and sell accessories
  • Board-level and water damage specialists
  • Brand-specialist shops for iPhone or one Android make
  • Repair services that also sell refurbished phones
  • Mobile shops that handle recharge, SIM and sales together
  • Doorstep phone repair services
  • Authorised service partners who also take non-warranty work

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The shop moves or shuts for long spells, and a map profile with wrong hours loses more trust than no profile.
  • You would ask for reviews from customers whose repair is still failing, which brings the complaint to the top.
  • Nobody can answer the shop phone during opening hours, so the call button would send customers elsewhere.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Write down what is true

Each branch's real address, signboard name, phone, hours and owning Google account go into one record you sign off. Every later listing is copied from it.

  2. 2

    Search as your buyer does

We search each branch on a phone from points around it, in your buyers' words, and note who appears with what reviews and photos.

  3. 3

    Fix the profile first

Ownership first, then name, address, pin, phone, hours and business type. Google can suspend a profile with extra words in its name or an address that is not a real premises.

  4. 4

Build the branch pages and match the listings

Each real branch gets its own page, and the other listings are changed to agree with it. We write none for towns without a branch, because Google treats near-identical pages as doorway pages.

  5. 5

    Ask, reply and measure

We agree with each branch who asks for reviews, when and how. Results are set against the baseline recorded before work began, and the branch that is behind gets the next round.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Why does the shop next door rank above me?
Distance from the searcher, the profile's completeness, hours and reviews all count. Check yours against the neighbour's, fix what is thin, and keep the details identical to your signboard.
Can I list the models I repair on the profile?
Yes, in the services and description. Keep the list honest and current. Check the platform's current rules on what a profile may contain, and avoid stuffing it with every phone name.
What if a competitor posts fake reviews against me?
Report them through the platform's own process and reply politely in public. Do not respond in kind. Keep collecting honest reviews so the real record outweighs the noise.
Can a kiosk in a mall use the same listing as a shop?
A kiosk can have its own listing if it has a fixed spot and staffed hours. Give the floor and shop number. Do not list a kiosk that moves, or a counter you do not run, since the platform's current rules forbid misleading entries.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
