Mobile phone repair services · Website

A repair shop's website should answer three things: which phone, what it costs and where the door is.

A website for a repair shop is a small set of pages built to answer a customer with a broken phone: models, grades, location and a way to reach the counter. GullySales works on the pages, the wording and the call and WhatsApp buttons.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For mobile phone repair services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a phone, in a hurry”

Every visitor arrives on a mobile with a damaged device. The page must load without fuss, show the address and the call button at the top, and not hide the answer behind a menu.

  • “The grade card belongs on the page”

The part grades and what each includes should be visible without asking. A customer who sees the choice online arrives already informed, and the counter conversation is shorter and calmer.

  • “Directions matter more than a slogan”

A map, a landmark, the floor and a photograph of the entrance do more than a paragraph of praise. A customer who cannot find the counter goes to the shop they can find.

  • “A page that is not updated misleads”

A stock list or price band that is months old creates arguments. If the shop will not keep a figure current, it should give the grades and the explanation, and leave the exact price to the counter.

What we do

What we deliver for mobile phone repair services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page built around the enquiry

The address, hours, call and WhatsApp buttons and the main repairs placed where a visitor on a phone sees them first.

Result: A visitor can reach you without scrolling.

  2. A models and repairs section

Pages for the phones and faults you handle, written from your job cards and not copied from a template.

Result: The site matches the bench.

  3. A grades and warranty page

A plain explanation of each grade and what the warranty covers, agreed with you before publishing.

Result: Customers know what they are buying.

  4. A find-us page

Map, landmark, floor, shop number and entrance photograph, matching the Maps listing.

Result: Walk-ins arrive at the right door.

  5. A tracking set-up for calls and chats

Call and WhatsApp taps counted, so enquiries can be compared with the starting record.

Result: You can see whether the site brings enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Answer the three questions: which phone, what cost, where is the door.

[shop name] phone repair prices
A price page by model and part, with grades. Where a fixed price is not possible, say what the quote depends on.
[phone model] repair [area]
A model page with a photo of a screen you fit, the grades and the warranty. Link each one to the contact page.
mobile repair shop address
A contact page with the lane, landmark, hours and a map. Directions matter more than a slogan to a person in a hurry.
book a phone repair
A simple form asking for model, fault and a number, with consent to be called. Keep it to the fields the shop reads.
mobile repair warranty terms
A page stating the warranty on each grade and what voids it. It saves the argument at the counter.
what repairs does the shop do
A services page listing screen, battery, port, software and board work. Mention water damage clearly, since those jobs pay best.

Who it is for

This is written for these mobile phone repair services.

  • Counter-style mobile repair kiosks in malls and markets
  • Neighbourhood mobile shops that repair and sell accessories
  • Board-level and water damage specialists
  • Brand-specialist shops for iPhone or one Android make
  • Repair services that also sell refurbished phones
  • Mobile shops that handle recharge, SIM and sales together
  • Doorstep phone repair services
  • Authorised service partners who also take non-warranty work

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • No one updates parts and prices on the site, so a price page would mislead.
  • The shop runs only on foot traffic and WhatsApp, and the map profile should be fixed before a site.
  • You want online payment on the site, which needs a process the shop does not have.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do I need a website if customers use WhatsApp?
A site gives search a place to find you and gives the chat a page to point to. It also holds the grade and warranty explanation that you would otherwise repeat in every chat.
Should the site take bookings?
Only if the counter can honour them. Repairs here are walk-in work. A call or WhatsApp button is enough, and a booking form that nobody checks is worse than none.
Who updates the site?
Agree an owner at the shop. Changes in stock, hours or grades should reach the page when they reach the counter. An unmaintained page costs more trust than it earns.
Does the website need the technician's name?
It builds trust, with the technician's agreement. Customers like to know who handles their phone. If staff change, name the shop and its bench instead, so the page does not date.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
