Boxing academies · Local SEO

Be the academy a family finds on the map before the one across the road.

Local SEO for a boxing academy puts the club on the map, in nearby searches and in the reviews of people who know the coach. GullySales works on the Google Business Profile, the address details and the local pages that tell a parent the academy is within reach.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For boxing academies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A basement ring is hard to find on the day”

Families arrive for a trial and circle the lane twice. A listing with the right pin, entrance description and landmark saves the first impression before the coach has met anyone.

  • “Distance decides for a school-age boxer”

A teenager has homework and exams, so a long commute ends the plan. The parent checks travel time on the map first, and an academy missing from it is ruled out unseen.

  • “Reviews come from parents, and few are asked”

Satisfied families rarely volunteer a review. Without a polite request, the profile shows old, thin feedback and the academy looks inactive beside a newer rival.

  • “The listing says fitness when the club is competitive”

Wrong labels bring the wrong callers. A profile described as a gym draws adult membership queries, while a parent looking for a coach scrolls past.

What we do

What we deliver for boxing academies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business Profile set-up

Name, address, hours, batches, photos and a description matching what the academy actually trains.

Result: The profile states the competitive path and its location accurately.

  2. Entrance and directions guide

A short note and photos for the lane, gate and floor, written into the listing and the website.

Result: A first-time visitor can find the door without phoning.

  3. Review request routine

A polite message to families after a trial term, with a link to the profile and no pressure on wording.

Result: Reviews are asked for in a set way and by a named person.

  4. Neighbourhood pages

Pages for the areas and schools the academy actually draws from, using real distances and batch times.

Result: Searches from nearby areas find a page written for them.

  5. Citation check

The academy's name, address and phone matched across directories and sports listings.

Result: One consistent set of details appears everywhere.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these boxing academies.

  • Competitive amateur boxing academies
  • State association-affiliated clubs
  • Academies running school-age development programmes
  • Boxing academies inside sports complexes and stadiums
  • Academies with separate batches for girls and women
  • Residential and scholarship-supported academies
  • Coach-led academies that also run fitness boxing

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we pay for reviews?
No. Do not offer rewards for reviews, and check the platform's current rules. Ask honestly and let families write what they think.
Should the listing show photos of children?
Use photos of minors only with written parental consent. Photos of the ring, the equipment and the coach carry the message without that risk.
Is a map listing enough?
It brings the nearby family to the door, but a parent still wants to see the coach and the safety arrangements. The listing should point to the website pages that explain both.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
