Boxing academies · Social media

Show the coach, the training and the bouts in a way a parent can trust.

Social media for a boxing academy is the steady record of training, bouts and the people behind them, shown to a young audience and checked by the parents behind them. GullySales plans the content, the consent routine and the replies to messages.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For boxing academies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The teenager follows, the parent verifies”

A fifteen-year-old watches a bout clip, then the parent looks at the account. If it shows only flashy sparring, the parent sees risk. Mixed content with drills and supervision answers both.

  • “Photos of minors need a rule before the post”

A great shot of a young boxer is easy to publish and hard to retract. The academy needs a written habit of consent before anything goes up, not after a complaint.

  • “Bout clips sell, but only the right ones”

Footage of a controlled round with a coach at ringside reassures. A messy spar with no gear worries a guardian. The choice of clip is the real editing decision.

  • “Direct messages go cold”

A teenager asks a question in a message and gets a late reply or none. The academy loses a prospect who was already interested and had made the first move.

What we do

What we deliver for boxing academies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Content plan around the training year

A calendar linking posts to trials, tournaments, new batches and school holidays.

Result: The coach knows what goes up and when it is needed.

  2. Consent and approval routine

A form for parents and a check before posting any image or clip of a minor.

Result: Every published image of a minor has a record behind it.

  3. Clip selection guide

Rules for which footage to show, covering gear, supervision and the coach's presence.

Result: Staff can pick a clip without asking the owner each time.

  4. Reply scripts for messages

Short, plain answers to common questions about age, fees, trial and safety, with a named person to send them.

Result: Messages receive a reply from someone who knows the answer.

  5. Girls' batch presentation

Content that states supervision and the coaching arrangement for the girls' batch with care.

Result: Parents of girls can see the arrangement stated openly.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these boxing academies.

  • Competitive amateur boxing academies
  • State association-affiliated clubs
  • Academies running school-age development programmes
  • Boxing academies inside sports complexes and stadiums
  • Academies with separate batches for girls and women
  • Residential and scholarship-supported academies
  • Coach-led academies that also run fitness boxing

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should we use?
Use the ones your boxers and their parents already open. We look at where your trial enquiries actually came from before choosing. Check each platform's current rules before running paid posts.
Can the boxers run the account?
They can send raw material, but the academy should hold the final approval. A named adult checks consent and tone before anything is posted.
Is it worth posting if we have few followers?
Yes, because the account serves as proof when a parent checks. Regular, honest posts of real training matter more than reach for a club that recruits locally.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
