Homeopathy clinics · Social media

Let the doctor explain the consultation in a voice a patient would trust.

Social media marketing for a homeopathy clinic is the use of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube to show people how the doctor works before they walk in. GullySales works on what the doctor says, how it is filmed and written, and where it leads.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For homeopathy clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The doctor's face is the product”

A patient chooses a homeopath for the manner in which the case is taken. A short video of the doctor explaining what the first visit is like carries more trust than a graphic with a list of conditions.

  • “Before and after posts are the wrong tool”

Photographs and stories of recovery break advertising rules that differ by state and body, and they expose patients who did not agree to be shown. A clinic that stays with the consultation, the case history and the review visit stays safe and stays believable.

  • “Parents scroll at night”

A parent whose child has had yet another cold looks at the phone after the child sleeps. Posts that speak to that evening, about what the doctor asks and how long a first visit takes, arrive when the question is live.

  • “A post with no route is a post wasted”

A video that ends without a booking link, a WhatsApp number or a Maps pin leaves the viewer admiring the doctor and booking elsewhere. Every post needs one next step, and the profile needs it too.

What we do

What we deliver for homeopathy clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A short list of topics the doctor can speak on

Questions patients ask in the room, such as how long case taking lasts or why review dates matter, turned into topics for the doctor's own words.

Result: The doctor never has to invent a topic on the day of filming.

  2. Plain videos filmed in the clinic

Short videos of the doctor on a phone in the consultation room, with captions in English and the local language where the patients speak it.

Result: A viewer sees the doctor and the room before the first visit.

  3. A profile set up as a front door

The bio, link, highlights and pinned post arranged to show who the doctor is, where the clinic is and how to book.

Result: Anyone landing on the profile finds the booking route in one tap.

  4. A review of wording against advertising rules

Each post read for cure language, patient stories and claims before it goes up, with the council or adviser's guidance applied.

Result: No post goes live carrying a claim the clinic cannot stand behind.

  5. A note on what each post brought

Enquiries and profile visits recorded against the post that sent them.

Result: You can tell which topics bring people to book and which only bring likes.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we post patients' stories?
Not without checking first. Rules on testimonials for registered practitioners differ by state and body, so ask your own council or adviser. Where they are allowed, written consent is required and a story is never offered as proof of a result.
Does the doctor have to be on camera?
The doctor's presence builds trust, but it is the doctor's choice. If they prefer not to appear, the clinic can use their voice over photographs of the room and the work, and written explanations in their name.
Which platform suits a homeopathy clinic?
Instagram and Facebook reach parents and families, and YouTube holds longer explanations. We start where your patients already are, and check the platform's current rules for health-related advertising before any paid post.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
