Homeopathy clinics · Buyer persona

Know the kinds of patient who walk into a homeopathy clinic and why each came.

A buyer persona for a homeopathy clinic is a written portrait of one kind of patient, covering what prompted the search, what they check and what makes them book. GullySales works on building these from your register and your front desk's memory.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

For homeopathy clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The worried parent”

A parent whose child has a recurring cold or allergy has tried the usual route and wants a doctor with time. They check the qualification, read the reviews for words like patient and kind, and ask on the phone how long the first visit lasts.

  • “The adult tired of repeating the same medicines”

This patient has a long-standing skin, digestive or hair complaint and has visited several doctors. They want someone to take a full history and are wary of promises, so a page that sets out the consultation honestly earns more than one that claims relief.

  • “The relative who was told to go”

A patient sent by a spouse, parent or in-law arrives sceptical, and the first visit decides whether they return. This persona needs the clinic to explain the process plainly and to make the booking easy.

  • “The patient who moved away”

A student in another city or a family transferred elsewhere still wants the doctor who knows the history. They need to know whether a video consultation is offered and how medicines reach them, which clinics leave unsaid.

What we do

What we deliver for homeopathy clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Personas built from the register

Patterns in age, complaint, source and visit count read from the patient register, with names and details removed.

Result: The personas describe real patterns in your clinic rather than guesses.

  2. A page of questions for each persona

The questions each kind of patient asks before booking, collected from the front desk and the doctor.

Result: The front desk can see what each patient needs answered.

  3. Messages suited to each persona

A first reply and a first-visit note for each persona, written in the doctor's tone.

Result: The same enquiry gets an answer that fits the person who sent it.

  4. A map of where each persona looks

Search, Maps, a relative, a paediatrician or social media, recorded for each persona.

Result: You can see where to be present and where not to spend effort.

  5. A short brief for new staff

One page that tells a new receptionist who the patients are and how each is best met.

Result: A new front-desk hire answers the way the clinic wants from the first day.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do personas use patient records?
They use patterns, never names or case details. The register is read for age bands, complaint families and sources, and personal information stays inside the clinic. Rules on patient confidentiality apply, so check with your own council or adviser.
What number of personas does a clinic need?
Enough to cover the patients who actually come, the number the register shows. A single-doctor clinic may need few, and a clinic with a children's practice and a skin practice may have more.
Can personas change what we say about treatment?
They change how we describe the consultation and who we speak to, not what the doctor claims. Advertising rules differ by state and body, so wording stays within what your own council or adviser confirms.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
