Homeopathy clinics · Digital marketing

Put the listing, the pages and the reply in order before spending on anything else.

Digital marketing for a homeopathy clinic is the joined-up work of the listing, the website, the messages and any paid advertising that bring a patient to the first consultation. GullySales works on the order in which those pieces are put right.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For homeopathy clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Ads on a weak listing buy a click and lose the patient”

A parent who taps an advertisement and then sees a listing with no photographs, no reviews and wrong timings does not book. Paid effort pays for attention, and the listing and page decide what happens to it.

  • “The clinic is judged on the whole trail”

A patient moves from a recommendation to a search, then the map, the website and a WhatsApp message. A weak link anywhere, such as a missing registration or a slow reply, breaks the trail and the patient goes to the next name.

  • “Rules for health advertising are not optional”

Advertising of medical practice is governed by rules that differ by state and body, and platforms add their own. A clinic that treats every post and advertisement as subject to review keeps its reputation intact.

  • “A small clinic cannot do everything”

A single-doctor practice has limited hours and a single receptionist. Choosing the few channels where its patients actually are, and doing them well, beats a thin presence across ten.

What we do

What we deliver for homeopathy clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A review of the whole trail

The path from recommendation to booking walked as a patient would, with each gap noted: listing, page, reply, reminder.

Result: The doctor sees where patients are lost, in order.

  2. A fix list in priority order

Repairs ranked by the number of patients they affect, starting with the listing and the first reply.

Result: Work begins with the repairs that count for the diary.

  3. A choice of channels

The few places the clinic's patients are found, with a reason for each and a note on what is left out.

Result: Effort goes where patients are, not where it is fashionable.

  4. A paid-search test, if the foundations are ready

A small, capped search campaign pointed at a proper landing page, set up only after the listing and reply are in order.

Result: You can see what a paid enquiry costs before committing more.

  5. A scorecard in the clinic's own terms

Enquiries, first consultations, third visits, review dates kept and reviews added, read from the register.

Result: The measures are the ones the doctor would use anyway.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a new clinic begin?
With the Maps listing, the doctor's page and the way the front desk answers a message. Those three decide whether any other effort converts, and they cost little beside advertising.
Do we need an agency or can the front desk manage?
The front desk can keep the listing, the replies and the diary. Writing the pages, setting up tracking and reviewing claims against the rules is where outside help earns its place.
Can you promise more patients?
No. Nobody can promise patients, rankings or reviews. We work on the pieces a patient meets, and the register shows afterwards whether they moved.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
