Homeopathy clinics · Website

Build a clinic site that shows the doctor, the registration and the way to book.

A website for a homeopathy clinic is the clinic's own page on the internet, where a patient checks the doctor, the timings and the booking route before arriving. GullySales works on the pages, the wording and the technical basics that make it clear on a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For homeopathy clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The patient arrives on a phone, after a recommendation”

A relative has named the doctor, and the patient is checking in a spare minute. A site that loads slowly, hides the timings and buries the phone number loses them before they have read a line.

  • “The credentials are what a careful visitor looks for”

BHMS or MD (Hom), the council registration as issued and a real photograph of the doctor in the clinic are what separate a trusted practice from a stranger's page. They belong on the front page, not three clicks in.

  • “A list of every disease is a warning sign”

Sites that name dozens of conditions look desperate and break advertising rules that differ by state and body. A site that describes the consultation, the families of complaints seen and the review process looks like a clinic worth visiting.

  • “A form nobody reads is worse than none”

An enquiry form that sends to an unchecked email address leaves a patient waiting for a reply that never comes. The site must send enquiries to a person, and say who.

What we do

What we deliver for homeopathy clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A front page that answers the first questions

The doctor, the place, the timings, the fee approach and the booking route above the fold on a phone.

Result: A visitor knows where, when and who within one screen.

  2. A doctor page with credentials

Qualification, registration as issued, years in practice, the approach to case taking and a photograph taken in the clinic.

Result: The page a careful reader scans for is complete.

  3. Pages for the complaints seen

One page per family of complaints, describing the consultation without cure claims, each linked to the booking route.

Result: Each complaint page answers a search and leads to a booking.

  4. A first-visit page and a video consultation page

What to bring, how long to allow, how review dates work and how online consultation and courier operate.

Result: Patients elsewhere can see what the clinic offers them.

  5. An enquiry route that reaches a person

A form and a WhatsApp link that send to a named person at the front desk, with a reply rule behind them.

Result: Every enquiry from the site has an owner.

  6. Basic technical set-up

Speed on a phone, page titles, a sitemap, secure connection and a privacy note, checked before the site goes up.

Result: The site passes a mobile and indexing check.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can the website carry patient reviews?
Check first. Rules on testimonials for registered practitioners differ by state and body, so ask your own council or adviser. If allowed, use written consent, and show the review as the patient's words about the visit, never as proof of a result.
Do we need to rebuild the whole site?
Not always. If the site is clear on a phone and the credentials are present, we add the missing pages. If it is slow, hidden or copied, a rebuild saves effort in the end.
Who owns the site and the domain?
You do. The domain and the hosting account are registered in the clinic's name, and we ask for access instead of holding it, so the site stays yours if our work ends.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
