Meditation centres · Social media

Let the teacher's voice reach people before they ever walk through the door.

Social media marketing for a meditation centre is the work of sharing the teacher's words, the hall and the practice in a way that invites a first visit. GullySales prepares scripts, posts and replies that keep the teacher a teacher, and points each post to a booking route.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For meditation centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A calm voice outperforms a loud pitch in this trade”

A viewer scrolling at night responds to a teacher saying one clear thing in a quiet tone. Posts shouting a discount or promising a transformed life fit the trade badly and put off the reader the centre wants.

  • “A saved post is not a booking”

People save posts they mean to act on. Without a link or a booking line in the caption and the profile, the saved post sits unused. Every post should leave the reader one easy next step.

  • “Teachers differ in their comfort on camera”

One teacher speaks easily for a minute; another prefers audio over a still image or a written note. A plan that forces video on a reluctant teacher produces stiff clips. The format should follow the person.

  • “Health claims creep into captions”

Captions about curing anxiety, fixing sleep or treating illness invite trouble and mislead. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own adviser, and keep captions to what is taught.

What we do

What we deliver for meditation centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan built on the teacher's own topics

A list of subjects the teacher is happy to speak on, such as how to sit or how to begin, turned into post ideas.

Result: The teacher approves a set of topics before any post is made.

  2. Short scripts for the teacher

Scripts of a few lines on one idea each, written in the teacher's own style for video, audio or text.

Result: The teacher has ready words to record or share.

  3. A booking line on every post

A standard caption close and profile link pointing to the first-sitting page.

Result: Each post gives the reader a route to book.

  4. Reply and message wording

Replies for comments and direct messages asking about timings, fees, tradition and suitability.

Result: A question in the inbox has a respectful answer prepared.

  5. A student-friend invitation post

A gentle post inviting students to bring a friend to an open sitting.

Result: Students have something simple to forward to a friend.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should a centre start with?
Start where your students already are. For a centre in India that means Instagram and WhatsApp, with YouTube for longer talks. We check where your past students follow you before choosing.
Should we post pictures of students?
Only with their clear permission, and some students prefer to stay private in a practice like this. Photographs of the hall, the cushions and the teacher's hands are safer and still warm.
Do we need to run paid promotion?
Not necessarily. Posts that reach existing followers and past students may be enough at first. If you decide to promote a post, the spend is yours, set in writing, and we promise no particular reach.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
