Sports coaching academies · Digital marketing

Choose the few channels that bring parents to your ground, and drop the rest.

Digital marketing for a sports academy is the combination of search, maps, social pages, chat and ads that brings parents to a trial. GullySales works on choosing which of these suit your ground and keeping them consistent with each other.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For sports coaching academies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Every channel promises parents and few deliver”

Search, maps, social pages and ads each claim to fill batches. For an academy with a catchment of a few roads, maps and referrals do the work, and wide advertising spends money on families who will never travel to the ground.

  • “The calendar matters more than the platform”

Admissions open around the start of the school year, and camp enquiries come before summer. Effort placed outside those windows earns less. A plan built on the school and tournament calendar puts spend and posts where parents are deciding.

  • “Channels that disagree confuse the parent”

The website shows one fee, the listing another and the social page an old timetable. The parent who notices the difference trusts none of them. One agreed set of facts, kept current in every place, is the base of all digital work.

  • “An advertisement without a place to land wastes the click”

A parent who taps an ad for football coaching and lands on a general home page leaves. The ad needs a page for that sport, age band and ground with a trial booking button, or the money buys nothing.

What we do

What we deliver for sports coaching academies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan

A reasoned choice of channels for your ground, with the reason each is in or out.

Result: The academy knows where its effort goes and why.

  2. Single source of facts

A sheet of batches, fees, timings and ground details that every channel is checked against.

Result: A parent sees the same facts everywhere.

  3. Seasonal campaign outlines

Plans for admissions, camps and selection results, tied to the school and tournament calendar.

Result: Each push is prepared before the window opens.

  4. Landing pages for ads

A page for each sport and age band that an advertisement can point to.

Result: A click arrives at a page about what the parent searched for.

  5. Source-based enquiry count

A tally of enquiries, trials and joins by channel and batch.

Result: The owner can judge each channel by children enrolled.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these sports coaching academies.

  • Multi-sport academies running several sports from one ground
  • Single-sport academies for children, such as cricket, football or athletics
  • Academies inside school and college campuses
  • Residential and weekend academies for serious young players
  • Summer and holiday camp operators
  • Community and apartment-complex coaching programmes
  • Academies that prepare students for district and state selection

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

What budget should an academy start with?
We do not set a figure here. It depends on your batch sizes, the fee and your catchment. We begin with unpaid work such as the listing and the website and add paid reach once the trial process works.
Do we need all channels?
No. A ground needs a good listing, a clear website, a chat route and a reliable follow-up. Others are added only where they bring children who can reach the ground.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
