Wellness retreats · Digital marketing

Choose the routes that fill your dates, then drop the ones that only look busy.

Digital marketing for a wellness retreat is the combined use of your website, search, social media, WhatsApp and paid ads to bring guests to a booked stay. GullySales works on how these parts fit together and which one each retreat date needs.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For wellness retreats

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Every channel is tried and none is measured”

A retreat posts, boosts, lists on platforms and sends messages, then cannot say which route brought the booked guests. Without a record of the source of each booking, effort follows habit and not results.

  • “The website is the base”

Ads, posts and replies all send guests to a page. If that page does not show the date, the fee and the booking step, every other effort leaks. Repair the page before adding spend.

  • “Dates need different routes”

A date with a waiting list needs a reply routine, not ads. A date with rooms left needs a reach plan and perhaps spend. Treating all dates alike wastes money on the first and starves the second.

  • “Claims carry more risk in wellness”

Advertising a retreat as a cure, a detox result or a medical benefit can draw complaints and platform action. Describe the programme and the place. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own council or adviser.

What we do

What we deliver for wellness retreats.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan by retreat date

A one-page plan listing each date, its audience and the routes to use.

Result: You can read what is being done for each date.

  2. A source record for bookings

A simple field that records where each booked guest first heard of you.

Result: You can compare routes against booked guests.

  3. Website, search and social set in order

A review of the pages, profile and posts so each one points to the dated booking page.

Result: Every route lands on a page that can take an enquiry.

  4. An ad plan for slow dates

Audience, message and budget for a date with rooms left, with spend agreed in writing and paid by you.

Result: Spend is tied to a date and a number you approved.

  5. A claims check

A review of every page and ad for cure or outcome wording before it goes live.

Result: Wording describes the programme and not a medical result.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these wellness retreats.

  • Detox and naturopathy retreats
  • Weekend wellness retreats near cities for working professionals
  • Silent and spiritual retreats
  • Women-only and couple retreats
  • Corporate offsite and team wellness retreats

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much should a retreat spend on ads?
That is for you to set against the room fee and the dates left. Ad spend is paid by you and agreed in writing. We do not promise bookings from any amount.
Which channel works best?
It differs by retreat and guest type. Past guests and direct enquiries suit some, search suits others. The source record shows which routes your booked guests used, and we weigh effort by that.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
