Yoga studios · Website

Give every style and teacher a page, and let a visitor book a trial from any of them.

A website for a yoga studio is the place where a person checks the teachers, the styles, the timings and the way to book. GullySales designs the pages, the timetable and the booking route so a visitor can decide without calling.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For yoga studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page is read on a phone in a few seconds”

A visitor wants to see the room, the nearest batch and a way to book. A slow page full of large images and a long welcome text loses them before the timetable appears.

  • “Teachers are the reason to choose, yet get a single line”

A visitor wants to know who will teach, how long they have taught and what their class feels like. A name in a list does not help the decision.

  • “Booking buried behind a contact form loses the impulsive visitor”

Someone feels like starting this week. If the only route is a form promising a call back, the feeling may pass before the call arrives.

What we do

What we deliver for yoga studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page that answers the first questions

A clear opening with the styles, the nearest timings, a view of the room and a booking button.

Result: A visitor sees what they need on arrival.

  2. Style and teacher pages

Pages written for each style and teacher, with photographs from your studio.

Result: A visitor can judge who and what before booking.

  3. A readable timetable

Timings as text, by day and style, that fits a phone screen.

Result: Anyone can find a batch that fits their day.

  4. A trial booking route

A short form or booking widget placed on every page.

Result: A visitor can book from wherever they land.

  5. A training and workshop section

Pages with syllabus, schedule, fees and application steps as you set them.

Result: Applicants can find the facts and apply.

  6. Mobile and speed checks

A review of how the pages load and look on a phone.

Result: The site works for the visitor holding a phone on a bus.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a booking system on the site?
It helps if students book classes themselves, but a simple trial form and a clear way to message you may be enough for a small studio. Choose what your front desk can keep up with.
Can we keep our existing site?
Improving what you have is the better route where the bones are sound. We review it first, then recommend whether to adjust the pages or rebuild. The test is whether a visitor can find a style, a teacher and a way to book.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
